As someone with celiac disease, I am unfortunately used to having to explain my dietary needs, but rarely have I felt as unwelcome as I did at this establishment. Ordering a gluten-free dish here seems to be more of an inconvenience than anything else. I was criticized for my choice, as if asking not to get sick was a whim.
The icing on the cake: a supplement of €6 for “homemade” gluten-free pasta, which I waited for more than an hour, for an ordinary result.
And to top it off, we were made to understand that our meal was "too quick" because we had only had one dish and one drink.
In short, if you are looking for a restaurant that is inclusive, patient and respectful of its customers, run away.
I loved it, we were on the plaza.... 😁 Being gluten-free I chose an Insalata bellacitta al salmone.... A killer and for dessert a very good Coppa limone with Moscato d'Asti Blanco en vino ...The atmosphere was a dream in Italy 🇮🇹. I recommend more more more. The welcome was very warm and the service very, very good 👍

Group meal. Smiling welcome. Hearty and delicious dishes. I recommend without hesitation. Gluten-free dish requested in advance, chicken with homemade tomato sauce which reminded me of my grandmother's healthy cooking.
Excellent experience for my first time at Sosta! We were there for our colleague's retirement and we were treated like royalty! Very friendly welcome, always a smile and a laugh. If I could add a bonus star, I would!
Huge plus: I am gluten intolerant, and for me pizzerias should be avoided. But the cook was very kind and cooked me an excellent chicken curry with gluten-free pasta! Ditto for the little attention on the ice cream: no cupcake in my whipped cream. Thank you very much for that and I enjoyed myself without danger 🙂
A very warm welcome with lots of choice on a very nice menu. For my part, where I am gluten intolerant, it is not always easy to go to a restaurant. And I was offered a notebook with all the allergens in each dish offered. I was amazed and I had never seen that before. Well done to everyone for the speed of service despite the room being full.
And we ate really well.
Outstanding customer service and great quality food. I am gluten and lactose free and I always find something to eat. The chef was also very helpful. Highly recommended.
