Not gluten free.
The pasta is all boiled in the same water and they refuse to boil new water for gluten free pasta.
Rather than simply informing me when I ordered, I was instead grilled about my allergy - asked no less than 3 times if it was actually an allergy before the wait staff shared that it would not be safe.
I was looking forward to trying one of the few self-reported gluten free spots near Monaco, instead I left quite frustrated.
Why advertise yourself as gluten free if you're going to make people ill? Incredibly disappointing.
Edit to add: I was informed of the lack of safe food after being asked repeatedly if it was actually an allergy. The fact remains the food here is unsafe despite advertising gluten free.

We had dinner here while visiting Monaco and were super happy that our daughter who cannot eat gluten found a very tasty food option here. We had regular pizza and the gluten free option and all were super tasty. Staff is very friendly and it was overall a great atmosphere with live music.

Quite simply my favorite restaurant in Monaco! Everything is perfect, from the decoration, to the staff, to the dishes and the location. Extra special mention because there is gluten-free bread and gluten-free pasta, which is super rare in Monaco and it's so nice, because you can enjoy their delicious dishes, even when you have intolerances! Italian music carries you away, everyone is smiling and so kind! We feel at home. The boss explains the menu to you with love and passion, and his wife prepares most of everything that is offered on the menu herself. Me and my girlfriend found this restaurant on Tik Tok, as she is gluten free (Celiac) we struggle to find restaurants that can accommodate this, but she was treated like the normal person she is which unfortunately we have not experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you are gluten free the risotto is amazing and so is the burrata, overall the food service and atmosphere was very good. Thank you
