We have been going to Tutto Bene quite regularly in the past five years and have never been disappointed. Food is excellent, the service is great and the atmospher is fine. It might be a little bit noisy when there are lots of loud people around but still better than other places where you have to shout. They do two services in the evening so if you go for the first service you are notified that you have to leave the table at 7:30pm. So don't loose time when ordering your meal. Gluten free options are limited (well, Italian food is all about gluten 😕) but you can still enjoy a nice main or go for GF pizza 🍕 😋

Delicious meal enjoyed by all 3 of us dining. We started with the marinated artichokes, warmed olives, and zucchini fries ... then had a pizza each which were the Diavola, Salmone and Capriccosa. All pizzas were fantastic including one which was gluten and dairy free. Service was friendly and the ambience was great too :)

In short, I’ve been here twice and I’d choose to dine elsewhere in chch in places I know do a much better experience for this price. I don’t have pictures from our visit but they wouldn’t justify anything anyway. The truffle fries had no truffle, just pecorino cheese on top to make them look like truffle fries, a common hack/ trick. The gluten free pizza base could do with some work/improvements, we’ve definitely had better. The kids menu items are $20 which is so expensive for what you get. We ordered the kids macaroni, and for that portion (the size of a bread and butter plate in a small cast iron sizzler) it would cost $3 to make and they’re charging $20, already steep for a kids meal so I expected it to be amaaaazing. It also came out on a sizzling plate, from a kids menu!? Why would you serve a piping hot cast iron plate to children? It makes absolutely no sense. The staff could do with some major training on the drinks list, it’s a small wine list and wouldn’t take very long to teach the staff what is what, they knew nothing about wine whatsoever. The flavour of our pizza was ok, the beef cheek was lovely, they also have a sparking red wine which was new for us and delicious (even if the waitress didn’t know if it was actually sparkling red wine). All in all I’d choose other restaurants over this next time for sure. There just aren’t enough redeeming factors.

We came in on Good Friday and had the set menu with the 5 cocktails. It was amazing! The server we had (didn't catch his name but had very short hair and an accent) was just awesome. So friendly and helpful. Last time I came to Original Sin, I had terrible heartburn and straight away he mixed up a concoction for me behind the bar that cured it. What doesn't this guy do well?! Your team were also fabulous at being flexible with one of us having coeliac disease. No issues - they made a custom gluten free pizza and also gave a separate platter for the entree - all gluten free. Thanks again team, we will definitely be back. Michelle - POSbiz

Food is delicious 🥰 and even though menu doesn’t have symbols as most menus have (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc) there are heaps of vegetarian options which is cool. Staff is friendly. The portions might look small but I don’t mind. Food is tasty and well presented, also kitchen is open which is kinda cool. Overall there is a balance on food / price. Moreover music is cool, I couldn’t help to dance a bit 🤣 💃

Coeliac friendly! We were so happy to be well informed about what menu options were coeliac friendly. We ordered and very quickly we enjoyed the most delicious pasta and pizza's. We will 100% return! Yum yum

I come here for the grocery products and deli. It is a delight to shop here, they make the atmosphere so soothing. The delightful colours, the Italian music playing, it's a dream. My recommendation is definitely buying yourself some pre-prepared sachets of risotto and pasta spices. The flavour is out of this world delicious, it's a treat! If you're gluten free, the pasta you buy here is the best I've tasted, so much closer to the 'real thing'. Totally recommend a visit.

Had the chicken chorizo pasta dish - really tasty with a slight chilli kick made this meal excellent for lunch - gluten free pasta as well was great!
