Gluten-free review on Pane E Vino Pizzeria from the 4/14/2024. Their gluten-free pizza can be made with any of their flavor combinations, or your own. It is not listed on their website, so my husband asked as we walked in. It was a gorgeous day with a packed VBCC and there was also an event in the park. Thankfully we got right in, and seated out on the covered patio. Service was excellent, even with the huge line out the door. Pizza arrived In a timely manner. Listen y'all, I had to confirm that it was gluten free because it was so freaking good! I asked about the crust and everything! It's tender and bendy. I was so impressed. Note that the sauce has a bit of heat to it, but I loved it. Highly recommend. Lastly, if you love it like we did, leave an awesome tip too.🍕

Food: I really don’t understand how this place has a 4.4 rating. It’s literally the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to since moving to Huntsville. Everything was so well prepared. The mussels were delicious and I don’t know of any place that does them like this. Also, the carbonara was delicious and gluten-free was available. Service: Mason was amazing! He was so attentive and the sweetest! Overall: 10/10 Later foodies

Thankful that they offer dietary options, although the staff could be better trained. Was told I could have the Brussel sprouts (coated in soy sauce - "because it was soy based" - I have celiac disease). After spending $32 for 10" rectangular pizza (3 toppings) that was so-so, I'm not keen on returning.

Forget every other pizza place and eat here! I like to have a lot of toppings on my pizza and they are very generous with them. The crust has a nice springiness to it that makes eating the entire slice a pleasure. They even have a good gluten free crust if you have to stay away from gluten.

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest” I called in an order on the phone, the new employee did not understand how to place my order correctly, after telling her my order and that I was the way, asked”it 10-15 min is enough time”. They placed me hold, then I received a very important phone call and switch over to take the call. I then arrived at the location to swing in quickly and grab the pizza. To only be told that the pizza was not ready because I never placed the order, which was because they did not take my name and phone number. The young man behind the counter said that I did not place the order and the young lady tried to return my money to me. I said so you did not make the pizza? I would like the pizza” he then informed me I was disruptive to him and his customers and asked me to leave. I was like are you for real?? He then threatened me with the police if I did not leave the store. I contact the corporate office and they informed him to make the pizza. Then called the manger in the am, she was still blaming me for not giving my name and phone and stated that since I had ordered gluten free pizza and they don’t sell it that often they did not want to make the pizza Incase I was not coming to get it?? This is the most ridiculous event, and I can’t beileve they can treat customers with kind of disrespect. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attitude of a young man to an adult and a manager to a customer. I will not be going back here which is a huge disappointment because my daughter, whom was with me when this happen and left the store crying because she thought I was going to jail, has a gluten intolerance and they make fresh pizza. The corporate office stated the owner would be calling me and I still have not received a phone call!! 1st off you should of placed the order when someone calls it in 2nd you should never blame the customer for you not ringing it in the order! 3rd off you should not threaten a customer because they are frustrated you did complete their order. 4th a manager should fix problems not further make excuse and blame again. Rant over this place does not know how to do business!!

This is a great restaurant for fresh locally caught seafood. I had a delicious (and gluten free) sea scallops dish with spinach and peach risotto and a lemon beurre blanc sauce. This is a must try restaurant if you are in the area!

Don't eat here if you are gluten-free. Joe about killed me. I didn't make it out of the parking lot brfore I started getting a rash. This might be grotesque but the meal is now scattered across the parking lot. They had gluten-free on the menu but it was clearly heavy contaminated.

I realized when we did a keto friendly gig several years ago that dairy is not my guts only enemy, gluten is too. I didn't think O.G would ever be a go to. Then the 11 year old bday gurls picked O.G for their bday dinner. 16 friends & fam gathered to celebrate them on a Sunday afternoon. There was a lil wait, we were the 3rd large group of the day, the wait staff was amazing, I ordered the Margherita Chicken, my gut was truly happy for that option & my taste buds were singing! Had enough leftover for dinner the next day. :) The gurls & guests had an amazing time & I don't feel like we broke anyone's bank. ;) Thanks O.G!!! 😊

The new gluten free bowtie noodles were great! I couldn't even tell that they were gluten free! Definitely will be getting more. Also you can substitute almost any pasta entree dish with the gluten free, so lots of good options for those who cannot eat gluten

Great food but it seems like they don’t have the best customer service. I ordered gluten free pasta for my husband and I and when we picked up our order they included breadsticks? That is kind of inconsiderate in my opinion someone that is avoiding gluten and orders two gluten free pastas and you are going to add gluten infested breadsticks? Wow.

My husband and I went to this location this weekend and it was the best service we had in a while. I have celiac and it’s very hard going to restaurants and not getting cross contamination! Not at this location. The waitress Dayuanna asked if it I was allergic to gluten and then the manager came out to let us know they will take make sure no contamination. The staff did amazing!

We came here on a whim after hearing this location was great and I’m so happy we did! My partner has a gluten sensitivity, and the manager Hannah was fantastic in working with us and offering up suggestions and dishes to try. She checked on us again after receiving our food and had a chance to try everything we had ordered. Great food but the service was what really what stood out to us! Will definitely be back.

Soooooo lol I was half way through the meal and remembered to snap a pic..My fam wanted a nice salad for dinner and a meal low in sodium..I suggested Olive Garden because I wanted some pasta..the wait time was about 10 minutes..our waiter was AMAZING..his name is Raphael and he deserved the $10 tip he received..he was patient and professional (handsome lol) our orders were accurate..the wait time for food was short but for $22 the pasta could have had more flavors and more pasta and the veggies should come in the meal not add for $2.99..Im sick of places selling everything separate..I always have broccoli with my alfredo..veggies should not be $2.99..I did the Seafood pasta and my fam ordered a gluten free pasta with chicken..I Love that they grate the cheese...YUM!! The only issue I had was another employee maybe a server or manager whichever I thought it was rude to interrupt me telling Ralph my order to go..I understand they just sat a party but we are just as important..Ralph was able to serve that party as well as make sure his other tables were good..I recommend this location...

My Two Cents

Stopped in for lunch today, first time eating at Olive Garden in quite a while (we are gluten free) so this was a rare pasta meal. Food was great, quickly prepared. Spinach dip has been a fav for many, many years. Our server Ian was exceptional! Great personality, very courteous and sharp as could be. We never had to ask for anything at all, he anticipates every need. Cheerful- Great service is always sooo appreciated! Ian keep up the stellar service! You are awesome! 😊

My wife and I visited during a work trip to Huntsville. Our server was Nyree and we couldn’t have asked for better! My wife has a dairy and gluten allergy and she made sure everything my wife ordered was going to be safe. She’s warm and welcoming and made the visit enjoyable. Also two thumbs way up for the Manager, Sarah who made sure that we knew where to go so that Nyree could be properly recognized. The food was great, the service made it even better!

If you are unable to cook the noodles separately, or use a clean pot... I understand, but please inform customers of that. I ordered the Gluten-free rotini. Given the meat sauce covering the pasta, I was unable to tell that loose spaghetti noodles were present throughout my food. It tasted WONDERFUL, but I have been painfully sick for two days. If you're a celiac reading this, my best advice is to just stay.

Our food was excellent. I had the Grandma’s lasagna and my wife had the baked ziti with gluten free noodles. They told us that every dish can be made gluten free. Their lunch prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

This Place is a Gem. We’ve driven by it so many times. We finally decided to order pizza and we are so pleasantly surprised. Starting with the 24 inch size (not even largest available),natively thin crust, perfectly crispy exterior layer with fabulous dough center. Gluten Free 10” option for my wife. We moved here from out of state March 2018. On the recommendation of our pastor we went to Terranova’s and have been going ever since. We’ve gotten to know the servers and the managers and they are top-quality! They are the kindest and nicest restaurant people in the area. My husband, myself and our daughter all have gluten and wheat issues and they have accommodated us. The gluten-free spaghetti pasta, and their different salads are wonderful! We love Italian food and this is the place to be if you want authentic! Terranova’s also has a restaurant branch in Athens and it is equally as excellent as the Madison branch! Through the Covid they have managed to continue the excellent service we’ve so come to enjoy and still enjoy. The food is still excellent & top notch. And their ability to keep themselves and the customers safe has been top notch as well! Thank you Terranova’s for treating us customers like family!

I had Main Street Italian cater my wedding dinner on September 7th, and I get asked who my caterer was almost daily!! The shrimp & grits were out of this world, as well as the ravioli! Everything was amazing and I heard nobody left hungry!! He even wrapped up a special box for my husband and I to enjoy at the hotel which was great! I even have a slight gluten intolerance and he made me a special plate. Scott Cole was so kind and professional and I would definitely recommend hiring them for your wedding or event! DELICIOUS!!
