Absolutely bussin'. Gluten free pizza here is a huge victory for anyone with gluten allergies, they take it seriously and deliver something you're not going to find in the surrounding area. If gluten won't hurt you, the regular crust pies are really good too. Would recommend and would like to return.

Firstly, if you have a chance to converse with Matteo, he is an incredible individual and is very passionate with what he does and why he does it. On to the food! I want to give this place more that 5 stars on overall, everything. The dishes: Guilio Salad; this salad drew me in the second I saw it, not just the name but the flavor of the Roasted Garlic Aoili brought out the superb flavors of the romane, pinsa croutons and shaved Parmigiano. The pinsa, Rucola & Prosciutto, was unreal, not a lot of times can my partner (gluten allergy) have pizza because she has a gluten allergy and this is the first time I've not seen her itchy or feeling bad after eating "pizza" and same for me I can eat anything, but I didn't get sluggish or tired. The food digests perfectly and for long road trips or just a night out is important, but between the Arugala peppery flavor the oils, roasted romatoes and the mozzarella it was a flavor explosion placed on a fantastic dough. Tirmisu, 100% one of the best I've had and I'm a man of the sweets, especially after working at a mid/high end Italian restaurant. The strawberry tie it together with a little bow. Perfection! If that doesn't get ya the atmosphere was very welcoming and they are very personal with their guest, more like a friend inviting you to dinner. Run, don't walk to this place! The Peach and Pancetta pizza was either going to hit or bomb....so had to try it. Also did the Meatball Parm. The rest of the table got wings, gluten free pizza and fried chicken sandwich. The pizza not only hit the spot but made it to one of my top pizzas I have ever had!!! There was just the perfect flavor balancing everything out. Getting a table was quick and interior design was on point. Our server Nathan fit the vibe perfectly and made the experience top notch.

Staff is friendly, dining area is clean, and the most appealing aroma greets you as you enter. Everything is house made and tastes divine. Had the minestrone soup and chicken parm sub. My son had a gluten-free pizza. Definitely recommend Pago's to anyone.

Great experience… our waitress was very helpful and attentive. Food was delicious! One of the best gluten free crusts I have tried. Would absolutely recommend and visit again!

I flew to AZ to visit a sound healer in town, Valerie Sanjali Irons, at Aumbase Yoga and Sound Studio. While visiting, I found a cool cigar shop in town and after browsing and making my cigar selection, the guys there gave me a recommendation to try Gerardo's Pizzeria. Valerie gave me great recommendations, so I figured these guys would too. While I don't eat calamari, my friend who ordered it said it was well seasoned and cooked nicely. She liked it a lot. She's also gluten free, dairy free, etc. Everything bothers her. We were curious how she'd feel the next day, but she said she felt a lot better than she would have if we ate at any other traditional restaurant with the same ingredients, so we feel like their above-and-beyond ingredient sourcing made a big difference. I tend to be a pizza snob since I'm from the east coast. you can't go wrong with good wood fired pizza though and of course it was delicious. While out hiking, someone we met from Long Island, NY gave me a recommendation to try Pizzeria Bianco when I was back in Phoenix. It's apparently rated top 5 pizza in the country. I ate there a day or two after Gerardo's, so I was able to compared their pizzas. While both were good, Gerardo's definitely had more depth of flavor and I preferred it. I was excited to try their chocolate ricotta cheesecake, but turns out it's really chocolate cake with a thin layer of cheesecake or mouse on top. Still good, but I jump at the chance to have ricotta cheesecake since I don't see it often. We heard it was a challenge to get a table and it was certainly full when we went. We got the last table inside, but it's obviously a well loved restaurant in the area. Glad we went.

Bella Vita is an outstanding restaurant. We were greeted warmly and welcoming. The server gladly worked with my order to ensure they could provide me a meal that worked for my gluten and dairy sensitivities. The food was outstanding! They even brought us a lovely desert on the house as it was our anniversary. This was our fist visit to Bella Vita and we will be coming back soon! :)

We had a wonderful dinner at Dahl & Di Luca last night. The atmosphere is rustic Italian and has a great old world vibe to it. The piano music player did a great job of playing wonderful ambient music. The wine list was comprehensive and had good options. The food was wonderful. We had the meatballs and the mozzarella appetizers. Both were really well done with great flavors. Then we had the lasagna, gnocchi, bolognese and a gluten free penne with chicken and Alfredo. All were really delicious. Gluten free pasta was cooked well and had good texture. Desserts were a classic tiramisu, salted caramel gelato, espresso martini and nutty Irishman. The gelato was smooth and really well made!

My mother and I fully enjoyed every piece of our meal! The salad, the soup, the house made bread, the pasta and even the gluten free pasta!!!! I think they hold a wonderful standard while also creating leniency when it came to the menu and atmosphere. Absolutely will be coming back here again
