Acquolina has been renovated. They did a fabulous job. They maintained their elegance but with a transitional flair. The rooms are beautiful and the views of the ocean are just fantastic. I’l Mulino is a great Italian restaurant. Elegant but friendly atmosphere. The food is delicious. I love that they accommodated me with gluten free pasta. Always very appreciative for this accommodation.

Solid fare. Unpretentious, nothing special. Good gluten free pasta options. Wines by glass pricey for average quality. Nightclub music was a bit offputting. Parpadelle bolognese was good. Linguini crostacei was quite good. Cocktails were OK.

Delightful! Great ambiance, romantic, modern, good energy. Fig and olive cocktail was very good. Sommelier made excellent pairing recommendations. Octopus in a chili sauce was good. Corn relish with the scallops was excellent. Risotto with flat iron steak was great. Accommodated our gluten free and dairy needs free as well! A top meal in Aspen.

Probably one of the worst places I have been. I worked in restaurants for years. Poor from atmosphere(screaming kids), service and food. Specifically asked the waitress about gluten free items on the menu. Took 20 minutes to get a drink and that was mediocre. She brings our food out separately. She brings the meal before the appetizer. When she does bring the appetizer it has a big piece of bread in the sauce! The chicken meal did not even have a whole chicken breast, had 2 pieces of potato and 4 pieces of asparagus for $25!! Appreciated that the manager comped the meal but after riding bikes for 50 miles today I wanted a good meal.
