Had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s in Pensacola, FL! Everything we ordered was delicious — the Tomato Basil and Alfredo pastas were rich and flavorful, and the Italian salad was super fresh and tasty. We were also really impressed with their gluten-free options, which was a big plus for us. My daughter and I both loved it and will definitely be back. Great food, great service — highly recommend!

So glad we found this amazing place! The gluten free tortellini was absolutely incredible! WOW!!! Best chicken parm on the planet! Excellent cheese ravioli! Sensational salad and bread! Everything here is fresh and cooked to order. Our waiter Tyler was the absolute best waiter ever! We enjoyed every minute of this experience and our son was thrilled that Tyler showed him all the musical instruments in the music room. We aren’t on the gulf side of sunny FL very often, but we will come back to Pensacola just to eat here! In fact, we’d come here weekly if this was our home. 100 percent best Italian we’ve had in years and superb service. Thanks Tyler! This was the perfect ending to our short stay in Pensacola!

I called to discuss their protocols for handling a gluten alergy as my best friend has celiac disease. When I asked they said "yeah we have a gluten free menu" I explained I'm aware but I want to know if they have the correct protocols in their kitchen to prevent cross contamination as even a small amount can absolutely destroy someone with celiac. They said "Uh uh... yeah." It didn't seem confident so i didnt feel comfortable with that answer. I ended up calling back and asking to talk to one of the cooks. The lady who originally answered said "yeah, hold on." someone else ended up getting on the phone and asked if I needed help. I explained i already talked to someone and I was hoping to talk to a cook about alergy protocols in the kitchen. Her response in a rude tone... "we don't let our cooks talk on the phone." I said "okay, we will go somewhere else then because alergies can be life threatening and this is a serious matter." She hung up on me before I could finish that sentence. It reminds me how much the world just doesn't care.
