I’m gluten-free. Even though I’ve had the gluten-free pasta at this restaurant before, I was not in the mood for pasta. I understand that this restaurant has a lot of pasta options, but there are other options as well. For my meal, I asked for asparagus and lobster on top of mashed potatoes. When my meal came out, the lobster and asparagus was on top of pasta. I explicitly. stated that I did not want pasta. Despite this, I was asked if I wanted to keep the meal or wait for it to be remade. I chose to have it remade while I watched my husband eat his dish. Once the dish was corrected, I did enjoy it. However, I do wish this restaurant had more gluten-free options.

My family and I have been coming here a few years now when in the area. Every time the quality is amazing! Freshly made pizzas, offers BYO gluten/dairy free options, good portions, and fairly priced! Service is also amazing always quick n friendly! Asked for extra aloi on my shitakii pie and they delivered! (Top was almost covered in it) wish one was closer to me! Will continue to eat here when i can!

Got our food fast! We were only 1 of 2 families in the restaurant for an early dinner. Vegetarian pizza with gluten-free crust was very tasty! Chicken Alfredo was amazing! Sauce was rich and creamy. My calzone was meaty and delicious! The crust was flaky, crispy, and just the right amount of chewy. The garlic bread was nicely toasted with not too much cheese. Nice place. Good food. We'd come back!

We were in on a Sunday afternoon and grabbed a pizza, salad, and gluten free grinder to go. The staff was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was ready in a timely manner. The food was delicious! If we're ever in Fort Wayne again, we will definitely be back!

Amazing atmosphere with unique and stunning surrounds! Old shoe factory reclaimed for a great restaurant. Aside from the architectural feast, the food and service are outstanding!! Ordered the Jumbo Lobster and Crab Ravioli and ordered the zero-proof Tropical Dreamsicle. Delicious!! They were accommodating to both gluten allergies (I don't have) but also offer smaller portion menus for any anyone like seniors, kids, or bariatric patients with NO HASSLE!

Not only is this the most delicious pasta around, there’s also am option to have it gluten free without compromising texture or taste. The salmon is to die for, perfectly crisp skin and tender juicy on the inside. Any of the salads are a perfectly seasoned combo of cooked and raw veg that turn everyone into a veggie lover. Mommy makes the best cheesecake- gf options, I haven’t tried the wine but the description of the selections are worth the read through. Oh and the staff and service are simply amazing. Hands down our fav place to dine. Praise pasta daddy!

The block this pizza place is on its wonderful. My wife has gluten and dairy allergies, and this was the first pizza place she's been able to eat at for quite some time. She was thrilled to find it, and the pizza was excellent.

They handle Celiac well and this is the main reason we go. Last visit, our gluten deep dish pizza was raw. Not real other way to describe it. Dough could pe easily scraped off and tasted like raw biscuit dough. No problem, mistakes happen. They bake another and it is exactly the same. Server said the manager said if I complain again that it is the cheese. I know raw dough from cheese. This means the manager didn't bother to look at the returned pie. The center was barely warm. I suggested that they might be cooking at too high a temp and looking at the top for doneness. The server mentioned that the HAD been having some oven issues. 🤷 Two fails here: doing the same thing twice a d expecting different results (definition of insanity) and the lack of actual managing by the manager and checking out the problem. Now I get to try to pan fry the bottom cooked in a gluten free kitchen without contaminating anything. Lovely. I had hoped to just eat a good pizza out, but left still hungry.

We went on Veterans Day. They offered a good selection for Veterans. I chose the Parmagan chicken. It was actually a good portion, and everything was cooked to perfection, and I actually had to take a to go box because I couldn't eat it all. My wife has gluten allergies, and they had a great selection of gluten-free pasta. It was another well prepared meal and a good portion. The service was excellent 👌 Highly recommend this Olive Garden.

Great find in Bluffton! So many options of pizza toppings and we didn't even look at the grinder menu! This place is perfect for vegan foodies! Our son is dairy and egg- free. The crusts are free of both and they have a gluten- free crust option. He had dairy-free cheese for the first time and lived it! The Salvatoris franchise has become a well known name around Northern Indiana. It is home to some of the area's best Italian comfort dishes. Whenever you visit, YOU MUST ORDER the fresh breadsticks with a side of the pecorino romano sauce. They won't disappoint you, I promise. For dinner I ordered Capellini w/ garlic butter, shrimp and sausage. The oasta was cooked perfectly and the sausage and shrimp were both succulent and bursting with flavor. My wife ordered gluten free baked ziti. We are so thankful that Salvatori's offers a delicious gluten free pasta option safe for her to enjoy. Thank you all for always providing us a great dining experience with excellent customer service and quality plates of food.

I absolutely appreciated all the gluten free options and they tasted just as good as my boyfriends gluteness noodles. We had leftovers because portions were great sized and we ate those leftovers so fast because the food was that good! They have a fantastic menu that sticks to the Italian niche and that's why everything tasted perfect. They have mastered their food craft. Service was excellent! Jordan was so sweet, knowledgeable, bubbly and made our date night experience there THAT much better. I highly recommend trying this spot out, it's an Indianapolis staple. Ask for Jordan, she's the best waitress and manager! Make a reservation as well.

I recently tried Caruso's for the first time to meet up with some family for dinner. I have Celiac and I really appreciated that they not only have a gluten-free menu but also they take the food prep seriously to minimize cross-contamination and make sure it's actually gluten free. Our server, Brady, was great. He was knowledgeable about the gluten free options and made me feel comfortable that they take it seriously. He was very attentive and made sure we were always good and had everything we needed. I drink a lot of water and a pet peeve of mine at restaurants is the slow pace of refills, but I felt like Brady made sure my glass was always at least half full. The food itself was pretty good. I ordered the gluten-free chicken parm plus they were nice enough to bake fries in the oven to avoid cross contamination in the fryer. The food was good, though I do wish that the portion size for the chicken would have been a little bigger for the price, but I can't really complain about eating gluten free chicken parm! I also really like their red wine list, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I recommend Caruso's, especially if you are on a gluten free diet. I definitely will return.

For an Italian restaurant, I was so pleasantly surprised with all of the gluten free food options. The patio was also beautiful! I will 100% be back! Wonderful experience!

I had the spinich salmon salad with feta and pecans. It was delicious! My husband had his usual spaghetti and meatballs with angel hair pasta. He said it was VERY GOOD with good size portions for a reasonable price. I love that they had many gluten free options on the menu! We will be returning.

This is a good olive garden experience. Our server was super helpful, nice and attentive. The food was hot, fresh and as expected. Even the personal coffee pot was hot, fresh and tasty. My kid is gluten intolerant, so the GF pasta was a great option.
