It was such an awesome experience From the moment we walked in they accommodated our semi tight schedule due to having a show to go to from ordering our dinner to receiving it to leaving. The food was DELICIOUS! They have amazing gluten free options. The servers were terrific. Have I said the food was amazing yet?!?! It's off the beaten path and so worth trying. If we lived closer, this would absolutely be a weekly dine in date.

The customer service at palace pizza is incredible. They take allergies very seriously. Having an anaphylactic reaction to gluten, I tend to not order out for fear of having to use my epi pen. My mind was immediately put to ease the first time I ordered from palace pizza. I was reassured they change gloves, prep in a different location, use different knives to cut your pizza, and all staff is notified the severity of your allergy. I appreciate the time they put into making sure your order is made correctly. Not only is the service amazing, so is their food! It’s hard finding places that even have gluten free options. I would recommend palace pizza to all of our friends and family!

Ordered gluten-free pizza and it was as delicious as any other good Papa Gino's!! The general manager checked to see how our meal was and checked back again later, to chat and let me know they use all precautions for gluten cross contamination. I recently had the pleasure of dining here with some friends and wow- the atmosphere is so awesome- the staff were wonderful! I have a gluten allergy and I was so relieved that the waitress was knowledgeable about it and very accommodating. The gluten free pasta was delicious with the vodka sauce. I definitely recommend!
