If you haven’t already, I’d HIGHLY recommend visiting Silvio’s Trattoria E Pizzeria on Canton Center. The owner, Silvio, and his wife are the head chefs and it is a family run business. Incredible handmade pizza and pasta and wonderful service. Last night, Silvio made a fresh batch of gluten free pasta just for my order. It was absolutely delicious and his kindness and hospitality are unmatched. I have celiacs disease and have been impressed again and again by how accommodating the staff is in this regard. Support a local family owned business AND enjoy an incredible meal. We keep going back!
Enjoy top-notch service and a welcoming vibe that keeps customers coming back for more.

Savanna G was the best server my partner and I have had in a real long time. She went above and beyond his gluten and dairy sensitive needs and my shellfish concerns and refills even without asking. If you want superb service ask for her. Also, Gabby the manager was the best manager from a customer service stand point and knowledge of the menu and what it takes to go the extra mile to do greet the tables. Best manager in the chain of Carrabbas in MI and should be considered for next restaurant manager if she isn't already. Will be back again than you for making our night.
Known for its accommodating atmosphere, this spot impresses with a delightful focus on inclusive dining options that everyone can enjoy.

I attended a bridal shower here and was so happy to find out I was able actually eat! I celiac disease and eating out can be difficult, but at Antonio's, they were able to provided a full gluten-free dinner, complete with delicious gluten-free garlic bread!
Has the option to change out regular pasta for gluten free. Wonderful dairy free options. Wait staff are wonderful a d very knowledgeable about the food. Loved going here.
Normally this place is my wife and I's Go To Spot for pizza. She's gluten free and their gluten free crust is the best one in the area in her opinion.
And normally I rave about it, but as is so often the case with reviews, people don't typically spend the energy to write a review when nothing goes wrong.
I got home with our pizzas and after 2 bites something was off that I just couldn't put my finger on, but the only way I can describe it was it just Tasted Bad. My wife said hers tasted different and not to her preference, and upon calling the store to inquire(maybe some ingredients were near expiration?) and the person on the phone said that their cheese had more cheddar mixed in.
Apparently, the way it works is they get their cheese shipped in from the mothership(so to speak) and just make the pizzas however they come, basically. So now they have to use up the cheese they received before they can, I guess get the old blend? I don't know whether they received this on accident or if they were trying out a cheaper option or what, but the fact remains I wasn't offered a remake(its the same cheese that I, evidently, didn't care for) and wasn't offered a refund. Instead they told me to call again in a few days after they ran out to try again.
So now I sit here with a bad pizza, no dinner, and no recourse.
Normally this place is great, but jesus this was a rough experience compared to their usual.
