Yum! Best Italian food in Springfield! The Ziti is my favorite. The meat is so tender and it's a delicious dish. They have a gluten-free bread option, gluten-free pizza, and gluten-free pasta. It's a safe environment for those of us with gluten issues. It's also vegetarian friendly.

Gluten sensitive friendly, and everything on the buffet was labeled if it was vegan or gluten sensitive. Very attentive staff, eager to please and serve. Clean environment. Wonderful layout, BEST idea ever.... Italian Buffet! In LOVE! Recommend giving this place a try!!

We were assisted by Jaelyn and they were lovely. We came in a little hangry and struggling to make a good choice that was gluten friendly. They helped us identify some good options and let us decide. After finally making our choice, she also offered us GF cheese and we really appreciated that. She was very nice as we kept asking for more soup and they even started a fresh batch! All In all we had a great experience and the food was delightful. Thank you to Jaelyn, and sorry it took me a min to post a review! (She did not pressure us to do this, I wanted to, the survey passed before I could complete it in the resturant)

We have been coming to Gilardi’s for years for birthdays, celebrations and date nights. I thought we would have to give up our favorite restaurant after learning of a gluten intolerance, but we were so happy to find out Gilardi’s has a stellar gluten free menu! The quality of their food is unmatched, and the service is amazing every time. During our most recent visit, our server Kent was extremely attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and happy to accommodate my gluten-free needs. We are so happy to have this gem in our town.

I went there about a week ago. I told them I wanted a gluten free pizza and they asked if it was for an allergy or preference because if it’s an allergy then it would cost more. I feel as though this would be considered discrimination. It doesn’t seem right when you have to pay extra for a service that everyone else can get for a cheaper price because you have a disease. I understand that more time and supplies have to be used, but that should be included in the price of the pizza. It was also said to me in a way that was used to discourage me from ordering it. The employee I talked to was not nice about it. When I explained that I was okay with the possibility of cross contamination because I didn’t want to pay extra, I was charged extra anyways.
