Normally we enjoy a great meal but this particular experience was not good for a diner in our party with a gluten allergy. She ordered a meal that included gluten free pasta and when it came, the pasta was barely cooked, and it was returned to the kitchen. When it came back the pasta was cooked a bit more but still not cooked enough to enjoy. She ended up having to take it home and finish cooking the pasta herself.

Let me just say, if you need all the options for dietary needs, this is the spot. We used Cinellis to cater our grad party. We had guests begging to take food home with them it was so good. The gluten free chicken parm was to die for. Even non celiac guests ate it and loved it. They had plenty of vegan and gluten free options to choose from as well as all the other food we ordered. Carly was so helpful and informative in helping me decide how much food I needed to get. She was patient while I changed my mind multiple times, never once showing any signs of inconvenience. The food was ready when promised and everything was just perfect. If you are having an event, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

We had the best waiter, and was very attentive to all our needs. I love the gluten-free options, the pasta was amazing. We like the never-ending pasta bowls, they were delicious. I love the Italian atmosphere, quick service, and easy access to parking and entering the restaurant. Great job Olive garden! This was a win for all of us, we had a 4-year-old with us, 20 somethings, and 60-year-olds. It was a great place for a birthday dinner.

This place has been on my local restaurants to try for awhile now. It did not disappoint. I went with a couple of my girlfriends, one of which is gluten free. This place was perfect because they have several gluten free and also vegan options for anyone looking for those dietary choices. I started off with the duck wings, which were so much larger than I expected, perfectly crunchy with a somewhat sweet sauce (reminded me of country sweet sauce) which really married the flavors. I chose to have the gnocchi with peas, large thick pieces of fresh pancetta, mushrooms, in a light cream sauce with parmigiana shavings. I needed to add some more seasoning and parmigiana, but ultimately it was good considering it was listed as gluten free. This place is worth a try. It is perfect to go with friends, a romantic dinner, or also great for double dates.

Phenomenal food. My friend I was dining with is gluten free, and they were able to accommodate his needs well. Our waitress clearly communicated what substitutions were available for each option, and what to expect. The cappuccinos are phenomenal, and the desserts are to die for.

I used to have the most amazing experiences here, never had any issues. However I went here for Valentine’s Day and my pasta definitely tasted like regular pasta (if you know, you know). I asked the waitress to check with the cook and since we were sitting right by the kitchen, we saw the chef get mad because they had just closed the kitchen and he didn’t want to make a new meal and said to “just tell her it’s gluten free”. I brought this up to management with no response, so I won’t be returning here sadly.

Good Italian restaurant with a great selection of items on the menu. The prices are reasonable and the food is plentiful. Our server was very nice and refilled our drinks, ice tea, without being told. They also have gluten free upon request.

In town for a long weekend and found this place. I had a gluten free personal veggie pizza with dairy free cheese, and it was delicious. My husband ordered a burger and fries. The fries were crispy and so good. My kids got meatball subs and an order of cinnamon sticks. They had something for everyone, a great spot to have lunch.

The place was clean with good gluten free pizza. The lamb chops were also tasty. The bathrooms are well kept and the service was solid. Parking was right next door in a lot with plenty of spots reserved for their customers. I'd go back without hesitating.

Went last night with friends and food was absolutely delicious! I had my favorite dish (1/2 order) of carbonara over gluten free pasta. My husband has saltimbocca and said it was delicious, and had enough food for today. He also had the wedding soup with bread. We also had orders of greens and beans with sausage and red sauce with a meatball over ziti. Our friends loved their food as and had meals for today. We are never disappointed.

This restaurant has the best gluten-free pizza in Rochester!! While I have always been a fan of their gluten-free pasta / sauce, I have found a new go-to. Hope you keep it on your menu. So appreciate restaurants that offer options to those of us with Celiac. Thank you!

Another great meal last night. The fillet was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is so inviting. Love the attentive service and the chef had no problem making our dish gluten free. With the wide selection at the bar and free valet service I place this restaurant as a true 5 star experience.

Consistently well put together dinners. Traditional Rochester Restaurant, Owner is hard to miss, always on the floor, great guy who wants to make sure you enjoy your food selections. Gluten Free Options available on request.

I called to place an order last minute for a dinner to be delivered to Hildebrandt Hospice. They were so accommodating during their lunch rush for a dinner for 10 the same day. They even took an additional order for a gluten free meal. Kelly and the chef were so caring and met an exceeded all my expectations. The meal was delicious and I could not have been happier. Just what this area needed! A great pizza place, many options to choose from on the menu, a nice looking place to dine in! And we ordered a gluten free pizza for my son...they took all precautions to not cross contaminate anything when making it. Awesome! Definitely will be back!

I checked online before going to make sure they could accomodate me as a gluten free vegetarian. The menu I saw said they have GF pasta and pizza crust. However when we arrive I was told they didn’t have those things. Apparently this Branca and the one in Bushnell’s Basin are owned by different people and have different menus. If you’re gluten free, skip Midtown and go straight to the Basin location

I've been going to Ricci's since I was 12, so for nearly 37 years. Before I became a Celiac, and my diet had to change, Ricci's pizza was the best around, and I have never had a better pizza since. Their sauce is amazing, homemade and thick, with the pepperoni cup & char, and delicious mozzarella on top. Aside from this, their pastas are fantastic! They serve both GF and regular pasta. All dishes are very good.

Both the phone service and counter service here have been excellent every single time that I've placed an order for pick-up. We have only ordered pizza so far, and I will say that the flavors and the dough/sauce/cheese/toppings ratios are spot on. The ONLY negative thing that I could say is that the dough tends to be a lttle tough for me personally, which could be fixed as simply as mixing the dough for less time. Having worked in pizzerias for years, I have learned that mixing dough over 11-12 minutes over-developes glutens in high gluten or 00 flour. All things considered, this is my go to pizzeria every time I want a fast and very consistant pie. They have a great team!

Fantastic service. Gluten free choices were underwhelming. I appreciate the offering, however, it would be great to have a protien that was not seafood.
