I eat gluten free and they offer to make a crustless pizza. The people eating there seemed satisfied. The buffet was full of hot fresh pizzas. And the salad bar was simple but fresh and clean.

Amazing Gluten Free pizza and amazing service. It’s hard to find places that take food sensitivities seriously in east Texas. They were very attentive and the pizza was huge for GF. I would definitely come back. The only negative is that their soda has a funny after taste and so does the water but still a great place.

My husband has Celiac which makes eating out challenging. The person taking our order was very accommodating and changed his gloves without us even asking and was pretty knowledgeable about what was gluten free. The food is always good. I gave three stars for atmosphere because the trash was full and the tables were not wiped down. I also feel like it's a little overpriced.

Romas is our absolute favorite restaurant! The food is consistently fabulous and homemade! They go above and beyond to accommodate my gluten free issues. We routinely order Togo from them and have never once had anything but excellent food and service. We also attended a retirement party there recently and the staff was top tier. They had food out fast and fresh. The quickly and quietly served a huge crowd without my mistakes and among the speeches and crowds. I would most definitely host a gathering here with zero hesitation!!! They also hosted a large homecoming crowd with superior service and food! Infinite stars to Roma!!!
