Great spot for wood fired pizza. Great that they have a gluten free crust option. The pizza ovens are in the middle so you can watch them going in and out. Pretty neat!
This cozy spot is known for its incredible pizza with a unique crust that surprises everyone, plus a fun vibe perfect for any outing.

A place that advertises an entirely separate GF oven and has vegan cheese sounds perfect for our family. But their GF dough is made of wheat starch, which is NOT sufficiently free of protein for many with celiac and anyone with allergies. No sense having a dedicated space if you are using ingredients that quite possibly contain gluten (speaking as a health professional who has done the research on wheat starch ppm of gluten). Only other item available for me on the menu was a $10 "salad" of just greens...which came salted?!...and the salty cured meat appetizers. Huge huge let down. Please avoid if you are wheat or gluten free.
Enjoy a cozy spot known for its fantastic wood-fired pizza, unique crusts, and rotating vegan specials that keep cravings satisfied!

With few other options in the area to go to, we found ourselves here a few times. Thankfully the pizza is great. Customer service was good. They also have a gluten free crust ( I have an intolerance not an allergy) and it was the best gluten free crust I've ever had. The regular pizza is a sourdough base, also equally delicious.
Patio vibes, tasty eats, and a warm atmosphere make this spot perfect for a cozy meal or quick takeout with loved ones.

Always very friendly service, in person & on the phone! :) Kind & smiley people are working there every time I go in!
Almost as important.. the food is so so good! Very accommodating, with really yummy gluten free options! The BEST caesar dressing!
Loved this little place, on the edge of town out of heavy traffic. Quaint atmosphere, and delicious pizza!!! Gluten free crust is fantastic, loved it so much we got it twice in one week!
A bustling spot with a lively atmosphere, it offers a diverse range of delicious options and a welcoming vibe for a great dining experience.

After the lunch rush. Very few people in the place. Food was very good. Service was good. Tables weren't quite as clean as I think they should be...could have used a wipe down. Seem to be very knowledgeable about gluten intolerance.
I called for takeout and mentioned I have celiac. They do have GF pizza but said there could definitely be cross contamination, given lots of flour and no separate oven. So it sounded like a place that doesn’t take extra precaution for Cross contamination— just a note for highly sensitive celiacs.
A charming spot in a quaint Vermont town, known for its generous portions, authentic flavors, and an impressive wine selection.

Excellent gluten free pizza! I have had a lot and this has been my favorite, it was delicious. I appreciate they take the need for gluten free and asked if it was allergy, celiac, or preference. Highly recommend!

Don't go anywhere else. Just don't bother. This is the best. Plenty of gluten free pastas for $1 extra, too.
A warm and welcoming spot with homemade pasta that even picky teens rave about—definitely a place worth returning to!

Delicious homemade pasta. Both my hard-to-please teens loved it. And my gluten free pasta was also delicious. Priced very reasonably and excellent service. Can’t wait to go back

Great! Vegetarian and vegan options for pizzas (and a good cauliflower gluten free crust even). The maple salad is good too. And pleasant outdoor seating. Reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend.
We chose this spot because there were really only a couple of restaurants in town. It was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. They were out of the gluten-free crust and honestly, I was surprised that they offered it. They had a big menu and I ended up just getting a regular pizza with pesto and artichoke hearts and some other things. Our friends got sandwiches and we were all very satisfied. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant since it was kind of a weird time of day and we liked that they had outdoor seating. It was pretty hot inside. They had cute decor and it seemed like a lot of locals were showing up to eat.
Fantastic spot for large groups with quick service and highly praised pizza that’s sure to become a family favorite.

They saved the day. Our family camps at Waterbury Dam every year and the tradition has been to eat at another pizza place in Waterbury. The service was horrendous but my wife called Jimmy's and they hooked us up (about 15 people) and we brought it back to the camp site. Really great pizza and their customer service was first rate. They are going to get our family's business from now on. Highly, highly recommend. Oh, and they had gluten free options
Enjoy a chill vibe with old arcade games and good brews, making it a fun spot to hang out and relax with friends.

Food was great last night, however we ordered two gluten-free pizza's and only received one, (the other was not gluten-free I do want to elaborate that we got everything we ordered) however we didn’t realize this until it was too late, and my brother with celiacs was in for a ride.
Great for large orders, accommodating changes on the fly, and known for their tasty offerings delivered right to your event or gathering!

Called a day in advance to see if they could accommodate a larger order for a team (11 pizzas and 5 orders of wings). Raven, the night manager, was so helpful and assured me they could do the order and even made a special exception and delivered it to the pavilion on campus! I even had to call last minute the day of and change one of the pizzas and add a gluten free wrap and they said no problem! Everything was delicious! Thank you!
Recently reopened, this spot offers an elegant ambiance and a carefully selected drinks menu, making for an unexpectedly extraordinary experience.

I ordered a gluten free pizza and the arugula salad. the gluten free pizzas here are absolutely phenomenal, and the pizza itself is delicious. I will be coming here again and again
the salad was delicious, but far too bitter for my casual taste buds. if you like bitter salads, arugula, and cabbage, you'll adore it, but if you're a normie salad eater looking for a gluten free alternative to caesar salad, just get the caesar salad without croutons
Gluten free and vegan pizza on top of a mountain with live music?? Yes, please! Everyone here was so friendly and accommodating. It was such a welcome stop on our trip.
Love this restaurant. It's our new favorite! Food is excellent, you can make reservations, and there is parking behind the building. They even have gluten free pizza and pasta, which was delicious. Definitely recommend it!
A local gem known for its fancy, fresh homemade pasta, offering a rotating selection that never disappoints, despite being on the pricier side.

Trattoria Delia has been a staple restaurant in Burlington for years, and it's one of the best places to get some fancy, fresh, homemade pasta. The newer Pascolo gives it a run for its money, but I ultimately prefer the Tratt. I can't name a favorite dish because you can't go wrong with much here. I always go for whatever house-made pasta dish they're serving and I'm never disappointed. It is pricey, but worth it. The last time I visited (October 2022), the staff was very attentive and the waitress was great with listing specials and answering questions. She could immediately tell us which dishes contain gluten, and was quick to recommend a house red to drink with dinner.
I’ve lived in Burlington for many years and ordered from them more times than I can count from sheer necessity (very sensitive gluten allergy), but I have never wished more strongly I could have a better option. They have done everything from sending the wrong pizza to double charging me for a pizza (that I never got a refund for despite leaving a message, talking to someone on the phone “while the owner wasn’t in” and emailing), being able to place an order while they were unexpectedly closed, and tonight was just such a frustrating straw on the camels back. Not only do they charge $4.22 for being gluten free, but I paid $21 for a build your own pizza with pesto that had max 2 teaspoons of pesto and otherwise was basically the most expensive cracker I’ve ever bought. At this point I think I’d actually rather risk cross contamination than deal with their unprofessionalism and at best decent but horrifically overpriced food again.
The most frustrating part is that when that ordering while closed incident happened I got a very heartfelt apology call from a manager so I KNOW they have at least one person invested in doing this well, and that’s the only reason I’ve even lasted this long but one person is clearly not enough to hold this ship together.
I ordered gluten free Alfredo and asked them to label it on the container. The to go waitress was wonderful on the phone and said everything would be taken care of.
Upon arrival my food was stacked under a gluten dish and two pieces of bread. I have celiac so cross contamination is a big issue. To clarify what was going on I called the restraunt and they said it was a policy to put a piece of bread with every order unless I SPECIFY otherwise. Despite me saying I have a severe allergy to bread I still received it in my order and was told I need to ask otherwise.
I have been eating at this restraunt for years and have never had a problem with it. I’m highly disappointed in their awareness concerning allergies and cross contamination.
