We came after seeing the many gluten free options on the menu. The food was delicious, the service was perfect and our food was served hot. The owner came out and talked to me about being celiac and how they are very good about cross contamination. The GF portions were a normal portion size which was wonderful because typically GF portions are tiny!

Chose to meet family here due to past experiences with gluten-free options. Not as many options available as when we last came, but still good food. Able to seat our large group and keep our drinks filled, which is saying a lot for some of us.
Food was SUPER EXPENSIVE for what you get. Salad was OK. No gluten free options. I got two small slices of eggplant. A glass of iced tea was over 4.00! 2 people for lunch was 70.00!!!!!!!! Including tip! Service was excellent. Ooooo It was very noisy. Marginal food. Not going back any time soon! Too expensive to go out to lunch with a friend. My own cooking is better!
We went at a time of day that was really slow so I can't speak to times when it's busy, but our experience was great. The waitress was really nice, the restaurant was clean, and most importantly the food was tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the gluten free pizza, and how it wasn't overly hard or cracker-like as is often the case with GF crusts.
With divine dishes and an incredible wine selection, this spot promises a memorable dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.

Absolutely divine! The food was so good. My husband and I had the scallops, and my mom had the tenderloin. All wonderful. Our waiter David was fantastic! My husband is gluten-free, and they have a great selection of dishes. Oh, and the wine selection is amazing! I don't have enough space to say how great it all was! We will be back!

We eat at Milano's often and we always have a great meal and positive experience. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and quick (but not rushed), and the food and drinks are excellent! It's our go to restaurant in the Boonsboro/Rivermont area. The pizza options are the best, and they even have a gluten-free crust. Pasta can also be made gluten-free, and is just as delicious as the original gluten-containing recipe. Salmon, steak, bread, and salads are also family favorites. I highly recommend Milano's!
