I ate here with my family while we were on holiday in Polignano.
We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease.
In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes.
Recommended, absolutely.
Enjoy delicious panzerotti in a vibrant spot by the Polignano bridge, renowned for its meticulous preparation and ample flavors.

Gluten-free panzerotto to avoid. The dough has not risen well and is therefore not soft but gummy. Very rude staff.
Very good and hot, however, are the panzerotti with gluten, in particular the one with tuna, tomatoes and red onion from Tropea
Enjoy stunning sea views and fresh fish, but the main dishes might not wow you as much as the appetizers and desserts do.

Very nice and pleasant place. We took an appetizer with tartare and raw meats. Sea. I must say really good fish and excellent raw fish. The first ones to follow, however, were nothing special: calamarata risotto and tagliolini, all three tasteless. Then we had a normal fry in the center and some desserts. With 5 bottles of very good wine we paid approximately €80 each. Let's say that overall very good fish and gluten-free options although the main dishes were nothing special.
Enjoy a taste of local culture with exceptional raw dishes and Apulian wine in a welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to beat.

Excellent attention! The food a 10! I ordered a loin with a funghi porcini sauce with baked potatoes that was a spectacle. Swordfish too! The beautiful place. Lots of gluten-free and pet friendly variety!
