I tried this place for the first time last Saturday. We had booked for 9.15pm, no one had told us anything about the existence of 'multiple shifts'. Invited to wait about 15 minutes maximum, we were seated after more than half an hour. The thing that suggests is that we were not the only ones, and that the people sitting at the table from 8pm were invited to leave the table to us who were waiting. To be fair, we should have been informed. If I book at 9.15pm I can't sit at 10pm because you work more shifts to ensure more customers. Not happy with this we waited another half hour for two pizzas and a salmon fillet. Good salmon, good pizza, gluten-free pizza inedible. I was told that it was an artisanal dough prepared by them but it was hard as stones. Terrible. We certainly won't be returning.

I recently had dinner in this restaurant...a wonderful location, especially in the summer, where you can dine under the stars 🤩. Staff ready to satisfy any request. The menu features a variety of innovative and beautifully presented dishes. I can never recommend Cortile delle Fate enough for a fantastic dining experience."* Great gluten-free pizza!

Recommended place because it is also inclusive of people with intolerances! I hope it can always maintain a standard of high quality and courtesy on the part of the staff... courtesy always pays off and can make up for some small shortcomings!!! Excellent pizzas Top gluten free dough Adequate account I hope that some suggestions for desserts for both gluten and lactose intolerants will soon be available. Surely in summer you will really appreciate the outdoor space... Reservations are advisable for customers to have an adequate service and wait!!! Overall 5 stars

We went to this place yesterday on a Saturday evening in August, I must say that the reviews I read had me a little upset but in reality it was a nice discovery! They have both gluten-free and lactose-free options and honestly it's hard to find, the waiters are very nice, professional and attentive, the dishes are really very good, nothing to say. I'm more than honest, it seems really strange to have so many negative reviews, if I had trusted the reviews I wouldn't have spent this pleasant evening. Really good!

Excellent in everything, as soon as we entered they immediately put us at ease, the person who advised us and took the lead was Mr. Giuseppe, really friendly and attentive in everything, there was even a celiac person at the table and he was attentive and advised for each course avoiding any problem of contamination. The characteristic food based on horse meat was truly delicious and the fish we ate was very fresh. In conclusion, passing through Aci Castello is a must stop in the name of good taste and friendliness. We will definitely return.

A delicious, light Pizza and two beautiful pasta dishes. All surrounded by the incredible view of Acicastello Castle. and the best, most welcoming and kind service we have experienced. Specifically of note 2 of our party or coeliac and the host and staff were incredibly accommodating cooking pasta for them and ensuring every component was entirely gluten-free.
