I ate a gluten-free pizza which I found good, but a little bland compared to the tomato sauce. It's the second time I've come and I've always had a good time with celiac disease. As regards the service, the owner or manager of the room was a bit rude when we asked for the table, 5/10 minutes before the actual reservation. We arrived early and thought about asking if he was already free, but instead we received an answer that left us on the verge of leaving: "you have booked at 9pm, so come back in 10 minutes". A little rude I would say.
Anyway, the waiters were efficient and fast.

Outdoor lunch in the square. Wide variety of pasta literally available "in all sauces". I had really good spaghetti with seafood, Nicoise salad and baby tomato pasta (a little high in salt but delicious). TOP homemade desserts made by the owner's mother (in particular the gluten-free chocolate cake) which deserves, if not the naming of the square, at least that of a street in Finalborgo. Service a little slow but friendly, dark interior, if you can have lunch in the square. Still recommended.
This spot is a go-to for deliciously unique focaccia and pizza, always served fresh and made to order, with a loyal following of fans.

One of the very few focacceries that also offer, upon reservation, gluten-free versions: plain or stuffed focaccias (the ones with pesto and onions are particularly important), pizza, farinata and some sweets. Everything was delicious (and in fact they always have a queue), for those who eat normally the cakes are also exceptional and very fresh (my husband tried a grandmother's cake with lemon cream which was simply delicious). I've been going there for years: I've never found any products that aren't fresh, I've never received any rudeness from the staff, who have actually always stood out for their kindness (and it's not a given for shopkeepers who are always overloaded with work...), also giving me information on the ingredients. For me it will always be a fixed stop in Finale.
Located by the seafront, this vibrant spot offers an exciting menu, perfect for bikers and relaxing after a day of adventure.

I went there with my wife about 10 days ago, delicious food, I took a gluten-free margherita (and as a celiac I can say that it was very good and didn't even hurt after digestion) and my wife found some fried paranza which she found very tasty (not like some places where everything is frozen). Very kind owners who know how to put customers at ease, chefs who know what they are doing and delivery times of what is ordered are very quick. The place wasn't bad either, very welcoming. When we return to Finale Ligure, it will be a must!

Bistrot on the outskirts of Finalborgo in an environment with particular colors and atmospheres. It is possible to enjoy dishes sitting in front of the windows overlooking the walls of Finalborgo if there are two of you. Varied cuisine from vegan to meat and fish. The gluten-free vegan Sacher is delicious. Nice and kind staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pasta with pesto, a traditional Ligurian dish, and the fried fish & vegetable plate that was gluten free - very light breading with excellent flavor. Largest prawns I’ve ever seen! Soothing atmosphere of international jazz music on the patio.

Life for celiacs is not easy, especially when you are away from home. Here, we managed to find a corner of paradise...in addition to the gluten free croissants, frozen but of good quality and very good, we finally found a Ligurian gluten free focaccia made directly by the owner with alternative flours...and it wasn't good, it was delicious! !! I highly recommend this place for celiacs and all those who want to eat by the sea, with excellent quality, very kind staff and absolutely normal prices! Thank you, because finally being able to eat a focaccia by the sea is priceless... we will return every time we are in Varigotti!
