Busy little place. Had a great meal there but definitely felt the pressure to eat fast and get out of there with the line that was building outside. The food was pretty good, the staff seemed run off their feet and a little stressed, but still friendly. Coeliac safe!
Vibrant spot with a colorful interior, fantastic service, and creative meal presentations that make dining here a fun experience.

Great friendly service from the staff with allergen advice understood.
Their fries are cooked separately to glutenous foods. Great gluten-free (vegan) buns. Our shared burger order was wrapped in individual halves, a nice touch. Burger, fries, onion rings and deep fried pickles (!) were all delicious. Staff Attentive and not intrusive. Fun colourful interior fit-out. And you can enjoy a nice wine with your meal as I have.
Lively atmosphere with unique decor and amazing coffee, though it can get a bit noisy; definitely a spot to enjoy vibrant flavors and artistic vibes.

When my friend and I walked in to 30 Acres on a Friday morning , it was abuzz with lively patrons . We were seated immediately and offered a choice of sparkling or still water by a friendly server . It’s the little details like this that help give a good impression. ( and I much prefer sparkling water , especially on a hot summer’s day )
The menu was short and to the point , and most dishes had gluten free options- and they also offered a small juice menu which looked interesting.
I ordered the potato doughnut ( which unfortunately came with bread as it’s not gluten free ) but I was told that beforehand so was prepared. It had the addition of pineapple salsa , which I could smell as it was put down in front of me . What could have been a basic bacon and egg toastie was elevated with the taste of the pineapple and addition of the haloumi and chorizo, which gave it a peppery taste .
The relish on my friend’s bacon and eggs was amazing- I had a taste after she insisted . They really should bite and sell it .
The watermelon mojito that my friend and I both ordered was amazing - just right for the heat of the day . The initial sweetness of the strawberries with watermelon undertones and the aftertaste of mint - I wonder if they do this in a cocktail because the taste was on point .
This place has an open plan kitchen and an in house bakery where they bake their sourdough and fruit bread - as well as some pastries . We ordered a gluten free orange an almond cake to take away later and some iced lattes- which was a nice bold well roasted coffee with no butter aftertaste ( but I forgot to ask what it was - I’d be interested in the answer )
Apparently they also do gin cocktails in the evening and they did have a quite impressive range of South Australian gins so it would probably be worth a trip back .
The only let down for me was the noise level , as high ceilings echo ( and there probably wasn’t any sound proofing) but that is my personal preference. This place was also visually appealing and we were both impressed with the artistic lighting , comfortable bench seat and custom made rounded front counter it reminded me a little of an Art Deco speakeasy .
Lovely overall experience.

We've been coming to Caffe Buongiorno Norwood at least monthly (sometimes weekly) for about 10 years. It's always fantastic, and the gluten-free options are great. I'm coeliac and never have a reaction. They are also easily able to alter menu items to make them vegetarian (although there are also lots of vege options already!). Definitely recommend for a filling and friendly meal!
Enjoy a cozy vibe with plenty of seating, decent prices, and good coffee, perfect for a laid-back brunch experience.

Pretty decent food at a good price. Not the greatest gluten-free options, but they did have gluten free bread. Coffee was pretty good as well as the smashed avocado toast. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
Expect a creative twist on pizzas with bold flavors and fresh toppings, perfect for a quick bite before catching a movie.

I had a gluten free bbq chicken and wasn't blown away, especially for the price. The topping was nice, it just needed more sauce as it was all a bit dry. The base was disappointing, it reminded me exactly of the gf base from Dominoes if you have ever tried that. My friend had the Vietnamese chicken pizza (normal base) and said it was just fine however she loved the hot honey calzone thing.

The name of the restaurant suits the place so well as we had the Salt & Pepper chicken, which is one of the best I've had.
We had the large Bun Bo Hue beef Noodle soup, and my mother had the dumpling noodle soup.
The lovely wait staff repeated the order, asked if we wanted the halal option, and was good to hear they also have gluten free beer on offer.
Their menu is split into 3 sections; regular, halal, and vegan. Each of which have multiple options.
Highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!
Great selection of food that also has gluten free options. Food tastes amazing, friendly officiant service and right in the heart of the Parade.
Be sure to drop in to cure your hunger whilst shopping or before catching a movie in the same complex.

I visit every Saturday, either to the Norwood or Hutt street locations and every visit is perfect. The coffee is always great, the almond croissants are to die for and I dream about them all week. They have a good selection of gluten free options so you don't feel like you're missing out. They also have a monthly special croissant with some obscure flavour which is fun. Also, for such a busy place where the staff are always flat out, they are always friendly and the service is great. A must visit!

I'm a regular here for my midday coffee fix, and I am always very happy with their espressos. Food menu is great too, with many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The service is consistently warm and friendly–5 out of 5 for sure!
Best breakfast in Adelaide. Prices are very reasonable. Only downside is it can get loud. Still definitely check this place out! Good gluten-free options.
Formerly Fortuna Court.
Good food, well priced. Mostly MSG-free, with gluten-free options.
Service quite friendly & quick.
Note: Those looking for a 'romantic' evening may find the table-for-2 positions a little 'bustley'.
