I was so incredibly thrilled to learn that I could get a Cinnabon pancake made gluten free! It was SOOO GOOD! It tastes just like a Cinnabon cinnamon roll which I haven't been able to eat since my Celiac diagnosis.
They also have gluten free Kinnikinnik bread for toast and French toast so there are a lot of safe selections available.

We made a phone reservation 10 days ahead and we were seated on arrival. Service was ok although the waitress was not the friendly type in fact almost curt. As though she was doing us a favor. My hamburger was a bit dry (waitress didn't ask me how I wanted it done) and my son's gluten free chicken dish had 2 or 3 strips of chicken. See Pic. When the bill was brought the same waitress suggested I tip. I would have anyway and did but the demand was annoying.

Gusto Grande is one of our favourite restaurants in Lindsay.
