While visiting Trois-Rivières, I discovered this wonderful place with its enchanting decor which satisfied my taste buds with a succulent gluten-free pad thai! Being celiac, having access to a separate menu with a large selection of meals (compared to other places I've been to) is an invaluable benefit that made my experience at this place even more unforgettable! Thank you for thinking of those who have a gluten allergy, it's just incredible in a world where you can't find delicious gluten-free meals on every street corner. Looking forward to becoming a regular customer of your restaurant if I am selected at UQTR. 😍😋

What can we say about our experience at the restaurant. We were a group of 10. Wow wow wow! The menu was presented to us in full by the chef. He took the time to come see us, chat with us, answer our questions. The passion with which he spoke about his dishes was captivating. The assembly of the plates was breathtaking. What can we say about the gluten-free options for the intolerant, for once, they really have a choice! We were unanimous when we left the restaurant, it was a magnificent experience from start to finish. Intimate, delicious, warm.

A great “gluten-free” experience. Congratulations on your effort to offer us an interesting menu. Keep it up, your efforts will always be greatly appreciated. I had the Penne with mushrooms. Taste delicious, well prepared and pleasant. The only downside is that the sauce could be creamier, as the menu indicates. I hope you continue to offer us interesting dishes that invite us to come back to see you.

We made a reservation for a group of 11 at Pacini Trois-Rivières for 12:30. When we arrived, the table was not ready, we welcomed the birthday person in the entrance of the restaurant!!!! 12:45 the table finally ready. Another large group was in the same room as us, they spoke very loudly and we had difficulty hearing each other. Waiting over 25 minutes to place orders, a little over 1:00 to receive our plates, including one person who got their plate in 3 steps because things were missing from the plate. I returned my plate of gluten-free dough (extra $5 for gluten-free) even though I had asked from the start that it be well cooked, when I returned the pasta was still hard (difficult for digestion) but I never return a plate to the kitchen twice. We asked for coffee, 2 small pots of coffee and 3 bottles of water were served for 11 people, we had to ask for cups which took a while to arrive. At the end of the meal my partner asked for more coffee, the waitress brought an empty cup, without bothering to bring coffee or water because the pots and bottles had been empty for a long time and she left immediately. By the end of the meal, everyone was thirsty. The time went on, we paid our bills, no dessert either and we tried to chat a little considering that the other group had left but around 2:50 p.m. a young girl arrived with the sweeper, the message was clear . The service did not deserve a tip even if we left one but next time I will evaluate the tip according to the service and not 15% and more as suggested. Overall, it was a very disappointing dinner party with poor service. Advice ; do not book at Pacini Trois-Rivières for a group.
