I have been to a couple of giggling squid restaurants before, really liked them so decided to take my mum and aunt here as part of their birthday treats. They both loved it and there were plenty of options for my mum who is gluten free.
Staff very friendly, tasty food and lovely decor.

My husband is a steak lover and I’m a vegetarian with coeliac and I was really pleased seeing an allergens menu with plenty of options!
We visited on a Monday which had a bring your own wine deal. Our waitress Daniela was incredible with noting allergens and we were given complimentary bread to begin; some of the softest and tastiest GF bread I’ve ever had.
For mains I had a beyond burger which was great however the bun was a little cold and smaller than the burger which kept slipping out. I also had the creamed spinach was excellent!
For dessert I got the creme brûlée which was served in a martini glass and my husband got the warm pecan pie which he absolutely loved.
Overall I had a fantastic experience here; the service was brilliant, food was great and the setting and atmosphere was perfect for a date night.
Varied breakfast menu with unusual choices as well as more standard options. Vegan and gluten free options. Individual coffee carafes and pots of tea. Beautifully presented food and friendly staff.
Fabulous food. I had Mediterranean breakfast, my husband had eggs Benedict and pancakes. We enjoyed them very much including the coffee. Good gluten free bread and good non dairy milk options.
Really lovely friendly and enthusiastic staff. Dealt with the coronavirus issue really well, I'm glad you are not insisting on booking ahead.
