Came for a Birthday meal before Theatre visit on Thursday 27th March. I’m GF so placed my order at the Bar with the Manager. I ordered a Halloumi Burger at £13.50 was not asked if I wanted Chips or Salad and it was printed on menu. When it arrived there was chips which I didn’t want. When the manager walked by I asked her why I wasn’t given an option she answered “oh just an oversight” and as she walked away she said “shall I change for side salad” not wanting to upset the party of people I just said no. The Gluten free bun was rock hard, un edible and there was two of the tiniest pieces of Halloumi I’ve ever seen for £13.50. A whole block of good quality Halloumi is only £3.00 So very very disappointing and won’t be revisiting and would not recommend your establishment to anyone. And just to say I would have said all this on the night but didn’t want to as I was with a group celebrating

Great food, lovely atmosphere but what I loved the most was that the gluten free options were included in the menu, so nice to not have to ask for a separate menu. Would definitely recommend.

Nice modern, clean cafe offering a good selection of sweet and savoury snacks. There are gluten free options and non dairy milk available. Worth popping in when you're visiting Loughborough.

Emma was an absolute godsend during our visit. My mother suffers from both gluten and dairy intolerances, and we normally struggle to eat out without any issues, but Emma was so wonderfully attentive throughout our meal, making sure to double check every ingredient in every dish my mum fancied and came back with an entire list of items she would be able to eat. She even went above and beyond in making sure there was zero cross contamination in her salad by taking her to the salad bar, making a list of items my mum wanted, and came out with a freshly prepped salad! I am in absolute awe of Emmas ability to be so diligent, even when the restaurant was busy! I honestly can't thank her enough for everything she did for us, my mum managed to come away from Harvester without any stomach issues which is incredible! Thank you Emma!!!!

The best and most authentic tasting pizza in Loughborough, but the texture could have been better Tried this place after passing it a few times because of a deal on Uber Eats. While I was tempted by the Margherita, I ended up ordering the Ortolana pizza (pepper, onion, mushroom) instead. It arrived quickly, still hot, and still steaming slightly. It looked and tasted like an authentic Neapolitan pizza, with fresh high quality tasting toppings. The size was decent (about the size you would expect from a medium at a chain), and the base was nice and thin. My only complaint was that the dough was fairly chewy, as opposed to being nice and crispy as thin dough normally is. For the price (£12 excluding delivery, probably cheaper in store) it was very decent, so I would definitely recommend. I also noticed they allowed for free substitutions for vegan cheese or gluten free dough, and most of the pizzas were vegetarian by default

Brilliant place for Lebanese, Syrian and Middle eastern food. Delicious choices, many of which are also gluten- free. Not too expensive either.

Visited for afternoon tea based on the reviews we saw on here and were not disappointed! Delicious afternoon tea, all homemade and beautifully presented. One of the party is gluten free and they were delighted that they were provided with the same items as everyone else, but in gluten free format. Highly recommend.

Just had my daughters birthday party here and it was amazing!! They couldn’t do enough for us and the pizzas were incredible. They had lots of gluten free options for a member of the party, including deserts, which were delicious. Would highly recommend for food and/or an event.

Treated a party of 8 for a Sunday lunch/birthday bash. One of our party is gluten free which can be a problem, the staff were very good with the way they advised them, very impressive. All the staff were very good. The food was lovely and there was a good selection, drinks were very nice, the environment was very pleasant, the delivery of the birthday cake was great (and nicely embarrassing for the birthday teenager) a little bit expensive but hay ho, have had no problem recommending this establishment.
