Burma! Burma! absolutely blew us away! We went with family and opted for the family style, which was a fantastic way to try a variety of dishes. The samosas were crispy perfection, and the lettuce wraps were incredibly fresh. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the shrimp with walnuts was a unique and delicious combination. There were also plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options, which made everyone happy. The service was great, and the atmosphere was lively. We can't wait to go back!
GLUTEN FREE GOODNESS! They are very aware of Gluten Allergies and what our server didn’t know he asked the chef. I got the steak without the rub, green beans, and a baked potato. I love ranch on my baked potato, but couldn’t have theirs bc there is wheat in it. Every one loved their food and yummy cocktails!
Good food, but not a great value.
Nice atmosphere and a nice outdoor seating area with attentive service and a good selection of fancy sodas and craft beers.
I appreciated the gluten free menu markings, but be sure to confirm with your server as there are menu items that are available gluten free but aren't by default.
Good place to go with a medium to large party.
I want to give a shout out to the 3 people who closed on 7/25. It was a woman and 2 men. I wish I caught their names but either way, great service. I came in 30 minutes before close and I hate being that person coming in last second but I just got off work at Stoneridge and there weren't a lot of options. The way she greeted me when I came in felt so welcoming and I didn't feel like a bother. I was able to talk with them for a while since I was the only customer in the store at first so they gave a family type feeling. I used to frequent the location in San Leandro from 2018-2021 so I'm familiar with the set up, but maybe recipes have changed....this pizza was the best pizza I've had in a long long time, not even just from a Pieology, I'm talking out of all pizzas I've had, and my family eats a lot of pizza. The crust and sauce seemed way better than I remembered. I love the selection of toppings and types of crust (from thin to risen to gluten-free or cauliflower).
I've been here many times. Whenever I want a crepe, this is my number 1 spot. The bee signature is fantastic, I always get the gluten-free option, and it tastes amazing. Usually, gluten-free options do not taste good.
I also ordered Thai iced tea, which hit all of the spots.
I love the owners they are kind and very accommodating.
I wish they would reopen the inside for seating. Since the lock down they have only been doing take out, they have chairs and tables set up outside.
I am at a Conference and we ordered box lunches: Turkey & Avocado, Ham Turkey &Cheese, Vegan, and Gluten Free.
Every meal looked fantastic and I had the Turkey. It was amazing including alfalfa sprouts, a real salad and a yummy cookie...
...and my stomach feels full....enjoy your next meal...
Good spot for a low-key first date, knowing they would have a wide variety of food and drink options to choose from. Gluten-free menu was provided upon request with some great options. We were able to chill and get to know each other without being hassled. Wait staff was friendly, professional and attentive.
Gluten Free pancakes = Yum.
What matters is the food. (The labor shortage afflicts service levels in every restaurant & one does not go to IHOP for 'atmosphere.') Breakfast used to be cheaper so I will remark in passing that aprox. $16 is a lot were they regular pancakes. But it is Not a lot given they are GF. Secondly, IHOPs are decently sound-contained & have large booth table tops making them a great venue to break open your laptop & get some work done.
I've always loved Chaat Bhavan of Dublin. We can't reserve a table beforehand, but it makes sense that way. They're always full, and people tables do empty. Completely vegetarian, they have gluten-free and vegan options.without compromising taste. Clean and good service.
We had a large party of about 20-25 people for an event. Food that was being served to tables around us smelled and looked great. We had pre-ordered our entree choices, of course, days before. There weren't any vegan options. Unfortunately, my gluten-free pasta was hard and not thoroughly cooked. The pesto sauce it came with was tasty, but I couldn't eat it and had to wait until the server came at the end to send it back. It was too late to order anything else. I liked the simple salad, but others said it wasn't flavorful enough. Servers were friendly. Other helpers and runners were rushing around, they were very busy on a Friday night. I didn't get any more water refills after halfway through, and I was thirsty. I know they were busy, but we didn't get served food until over 1 hour and 15 min after our start time.
I'm sure this place is probably better when it's not packed.
Some good, healthier options. I don't recommend the gluten free granola, though, as this was just rice puffed cereal, which isn't terribly healthy. Everything else was great. 👍
Gluten free crust that’s really good! (Rice flour based). Vegan pizza? Also really good! Got the Mt Diablo on gf crust. Ate half the 12” before my friend got through their one slice. 10/10 will be back.
This is my first time at fresh millions never heard of the establishment before the service was amazing. I let them know that I had some dietary restrictions to gluten and dairy and they were able to help me find something suitable. The portion size is huge so it definitely worth the $26 that I spent.
Great little mom and pop spot serving up delicious dishes. Be warned that some items on the menu are seasonal (wish this was marked on the menu as we had our sights set on 2-3 dishes that were we told were not in season). Great vegetarian options and some gluten-free options as well. We tried the bolani (amazing!) the veggie pumpkin, veggie eggplant, dal, and a lamb/rice dish. All fantastic and we would definitely return.
They still have animatronics, and, if not the original ones, they're very close! We came for the nostalgia of the animatronics. The games are most games of luck now (rather than arcade games) and the "tickets" are added virtually to your card, which replaced the token system of long ago. Play options include a set number of plays OR a set amount of time. I noticed that the child crowd runs fairly young here, probably under 6, but it was a daytime-on-the-weekend visit. The food is fine--mostly just pizza and it's not amazing pizza and expensive for what it is, but it's Chuck E. Cheese and I knew that was coming. It was nice to see salad and gluten-free personal pizza options, as well as wine. This is not the Chuck E. Cheese of the 1980s, but it's still a reasonably fun place for kids to spend a cold or rainy day, or a birthday.
My colleague and I went here for a quick snack after a meeting today. I am a gluten-free vegetarian and found some good options here. I was happy to see that the manager, Ajit, was very honest about what could be made gluten-free and what could not.
Delicious gluten free pizza - the Gobi was incredible, tasted so fresh. The chili paneer was spicy and absolutely delicious. The nimbu pani and mango lassi were refreshing.
Also, the service was awesome, Ankush was kind and brought out some additional sauces for my family to try. Cant wait to come back.
