Loved Rockfish Manhattan Beach! Location is great with ipen windows to the street. They have several gluten-free options, including fish selections. We opted for the Oregon Rock Fish, but they also have plenty of starters and seasonal specials like their amazing Butternut Squash Soup. Huge shoutout to our server and the kitchen for letting us split the soup! I'm cutting back on carbs for health reasons, and they happily split the soup into separate portions even though they typically don't. That way I could still enjoy their delicious butternut squash soup without going overboard. Great service and amazing food!
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with a stunning dining area and a cozy outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal with friends.

Wide variety on the menu with gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free options for everyone! You can make your own plate or choose one of their premade bowls. Delicious choices. Great service as well, Manny was patient and very helpful!

Food was excellent. The server was great. The atmosphere was comfortable. I had a very relaxing and tasty meal here. I will be stopping again when I'm back in town. Many gluten free options and the server was extremely knowledgeable.

Wild Cafe is a hidden gem with a warm, local vibe that makes you feel right at home. Their gluten-free options are impressive—not just available, but actually delicious. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A must-visit spot whether you’re gluten-free or just looking for a great meal in a laid-back setting.
Nestled near the pier, this lively spot boasts generous portions and a vibrant outdoor vibe, perfect for people-watching and enjoying a fun atmosphere.

Good restaurant not far from the pier (be careful, it's a steep descent to get there!).
The portions are really generous.
Control of allergens by servers.
A little strange to receive starters and main courses at the same time, especially when one person is served quickly and the other receives their dishes 5 minutes later.
Order 2 similar burgers:
- normal medium cooking
- a bun-free (gluten-free) and well-cooked steak
=> The meats have been reversed :/
A beloved spot known for its atmosphere and great service, though some items may have cross contamination concerns.

We absolutely love this place, especially because it’s so celiac friendly. We recently went and the waiter told us they no longer have a gluten free frier, so items like the fries might have cross contamination. Bummer but would still recommend as food and service is great!
Ordered via DoorDash on my lunch break. This was my first experience with Lemonade and I was a bit disappointed. Half the food didn't look or taste nearly as good in person as it did in pictures. Mango chicken came with maybe 3 small chucks of mango on top. Sweet Potato, Mandarin & Pistachio and Snap Pea Edamame were just ok. I expected them to have more flavor especially the sweet potato. And portions were smaller than expected. Pineapple, Mango Lemonade was good but basically just tasted like lemonade. Not much pineapple or mango flavor.
Positives: Food arrived hot and was well packaged. Smore brownie was moist and soft plus gluten free and dairy free! Curried Cauliflower and Hatch Green Chile Chicken had good flavor and chicken wasn't dry. I was also thankful for options to replace rice with greens or cauliflower rice.
I’ve got 2 (maybe 2.5) words for you...
GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA!!
Beach Pizza is one of the few places that offers a decent GF Pizza with the same toppings at a reasonable price. Medium pie has 8 slices and is substantial enough for a decently hungry human (inspired by nature or not) or to share as a responsible lunch. Also, delivery is Free and Fast!
My last pie was a GF Cheese with Jalapeño & Pineapple. Believe it or not, my hunger was not inspired by nature (if you catch my drift).
A fun spot with a vast menu and fast service, perfect for everyone from meat lovers to vegans, plus easy parking and indoor/outdoor seating.

Fun chain with a vast menu (I believe there’s a secret one as well). I was eager to try the Ménage a Trois per the recommendation of a friend, and I’m glad I did. The sandwich was well made and the Dutch Crunch bread is impeccable. The chicken was tender and I really liked the sweet sauce. The meal was filling and I had some leftover sandwich to have for the following day. All of the employees were really friendly, and the wait was less than 10 minutes for a sandwich. Takeout is what most people who came seemed to opt for. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. They also do have gluten-free bread.
Parking was easy as there’s a free small lot. There are dedicated spots for clean air vehicles. Credit cards accepted. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The employees were all super nice. This is a solid spot to grab a hearty sandwich.
Experience a delightful blend of artistic dishes and warm hospitality that keeps diners coming back for more.

Equal parts fantastic food and fantastic service. Will did a lovely job explaining the menu and specials, and we truly enjoyed every plate. The fig and prosciutto pizza was delicious, and the gluten free menu accommodations were equally tasty. I look forward to returning and trying more of the menu. The general manager was charming and it’s obvious that chef really enjoys creating works of art on every plate.
Great atmosphere and tasty non-alcoholic drinks, plus a menu that caters to various dietary needs make this spot a must-visit!

Good food here. Good service.
Their menu has gluten free and vegetarian and vegan options. Always good to have a friendly menu for dietary restrictions & clearly marked.
The lack of star is because they don’t have Jaritos and we found their soda fountain lacking.
But- they made me a NA tequila sunrise and I forgot to take a pic but the empty glass should tell you how tasty it was. Pleasant atmosphere. Good to visit if you get a chance. And a take out window.

Wow! Is the first thing that came to mind when I found this place. Just, wow. This beautiful little eatery sits on a very steep incline a stones throw from the ocean. Because of this, you get a very unique and fun, multi-level seating and order counter layout. The atmosphere is light, bright, creative, and comfortable. I feel like I'm chilling at home, but with a WAY better view and food! Don't even get me started on the food. Ok, I should probably talk about the food too...I had the avocado toast on gluten-free bread with a lavender latte and a maple pecan gluten-free and vegan donut. I've never had avocado toast adorned quite the way The Hive does it, but I'll never have it another way again. The tomatos and radish are a great touch. Absolutely delicious! The maple pecan donut has a cute flower petal garnish, very esthetically appealing. It somehow managed to taste better than it looked! Like a soft, cakey maple pecan pie with some vanilla for an extra layer of yum. I don't typically drink coffee, so my descriptors for this one aren't as whimsical. It's good, the perfect temperature, it'll definitely focus my ADHD for a few hours. The lavender flavor is subtle. The vibes, the view, the food, the staff, the service, the selection of all sorts of goodies including LOTS of gluten-free and vegan options are all really worth a visit here.
Overall: 11/10
HIGHLY Recommend
Excellent!! I had the gluten free blueberry scone and it was really delicious and my husband had the raspberry coffee cake which was also great. We are visiting but I am going to make a point of coming back for more pastry and the pizza!
A fantastic spot for groups, offering impeccable service and great recommendations, with a highlight on delicious desserts.

Brought a group of 5 adults and a child and everyone had a great time and a great meal. Service was impeccable and great recommendations from our server. Options for pescatarians and gluten free. Scallops were perfectly prepared. Highly recommend the Apple crumble cheesecake.

This place is a GEM. Easily one of the most underrated brunch spots in Los Angeles and certainly one of the best spots in Manhattan Beach. Not only is there an incredible variety of food, but all of it is DELICIOUS and extremely healthy. They have a wide range of vegan/gluten free options and the ambiance is elegant and delightful. Truly one of the best new spots to come to Manhattan Beach and the perfect successor to Homie (RIP).
Delicious place to go for brunch. There's some soothing electronic music and nice lighting inside which give it a classy vibe. I got the short rib Benedict which was tender and savory. They also substituted the English muffins for corn tortillas (because I'm Gluten Free). Highly recommend this place.

We came here for breakfast on a weekday and enjoyed a great atmosphere (relaxed, kind energy), and great view of the ocean under well placed umbrellas for shade, and (most importantly) delicious food.
I’m gluten free and had huevos rancheros with their house made hot sauce. And their black coffee was the perfect start to the morning- a bold and bright morning blend.

The open air restaurant is like Tulum meets Manhattan Beach. The waiter was great at making several food recommendations (and also suggestion how to have them prepared). Love that they serve 3 different salsa/dips/butter with hot flour tortillas. They also have corn tortillas if you’re gluten sensitive, like me. The carne asada (forget the name of the actual dish) was magical. The flavor was amazing and it was cooked perfectly.

I wanted to give it a try to this place and taking into account that I follow a low carb "pseudo-keto" diet I wanted to take the risk. So this was a good choice y'all, as long as you DO NOT add any noodles to your order you are low carb and almost gluten free. They have a good meat selection, vegetables are fresh and good selection as well. You need to be careful with the spices if you do not can't tolerate very hot sauce because you can get confused with the multiple options they have. Long story short I do recommend this place, either you're following a strict diet (you manage your portions) or have any food restrictions since you pick your own ingredients.
