I love local pizza but now I have to go totally gluten free because of Celiac disease. I don’t see gluten free on anything. I guess I’ll ask if salads prepared free of gluten products. I want to continue to go here
Off-the-charts Indian cuisine with vegan and vegetarian options, plus topped with low/no salt choices, totally rocking the takeout scene!

The place is extremely clean and the food is amazing. I really appreciate their menu options that cater to vegan and gluten-free diets, allowing for great flexibility. It's a very vegan and gluten-free friendly establishment.
With a welcoming vibe, accessible entrance, and a bustling happy hour, this spot promises a lively experience for everyone.

I ate at Deep Lagoon and ordered the gluten-free swordfish blackened. When it arrived, the swordfish was the most disgusting thing I could imagine. It was a very thin (1/3") piece of fish covered with some brown (not black) crap. I tried a bite and it was rubbery and tasted old. I ate 2-3 bites but could not even begin to finish. We asked for the check and when it arrived, the price of the swordfish on the bill was $32 even though it was $29 on the gluten-free menu. I asked our server why the difference, not that the $3 mattered, it was more curiosity. She came back and said the manager told her that they had not gotten around to updating the prices on the menus. I thought when I ordered something and the price states $29, that we have a legally binding contract at that price. Apparently not at this restaurant. I later found out that the group that runs this restaurant is the same group that runs Pinchers in downtown Lakewood Ranch, a restaurant I (and others) consider the worst in the area. No wonder they can't serve a decent meal at Deep Lagoon. I won't ever eat here again. Unprofessional and a waste of time and money.
Expect top-notch service from knowledgeable staff and a creative menu that delivers delicious, elevated dishes worth returning for.

Ed was the best server I may have ever had. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gluten free options. When he didn't know he asked the kitchen. The kitchen knew what they were doing and had answers. The food was awesome and not your basic pull from freezer and throw it on a plate. Can't wait to go back.
Casual spot known for its affordable prices and diverse menu, perfect for a laid-back meal but may not please everyone’s taste buds.

Casual fun restaurant with good prices and selection of food.
One of our party ordered BLT and turkey, which came out as a club (3 bread slices). The rest of us ordered a daily special, spinach pie with Greek salad. The salads were decent portion. The spinach pie was not to my taste at all. They were all served sort of warm, but not hot. I am used to them being baked, with flaky and crunchy phyllo. These tasted more like dumplings that had been thrown on a griddle to brown, and to me, they were wet.
I would go back and try their breakfast and sandwiches but most likely will not try any specials. They do have gluten free bread as an option, which is nice.
My favorite!! Oysters Rockafeller, prime rib, creme brulee. I have Celiac and have never been cross contaminated. The gluten-free options are awesome!!
