I have been wanting to visit this restaurant since it opened. I live in Pinellas so, unfortunately, it's not near me.
HOWEVER, now that I know where it's located I will definitely make it a point to visit when I'm in the area.
Being Gluten and Dairy free makes dining out limiting. Flourish provides more options than the average restaurant!
I ordered the their Bohemian Jack pizza. 'Creamy white sauce, bbq pulled jackfruit, lime-pickled cabbage, housemade ranch drizzle, green onions." So good and filling!
You can watch them make your pizza in front of you.
They even have a gluten/dairy free sweet option! Say what???? Chocolate Chunk Coconut Cookie is (Gluten Friendly) and delicious!

This place has a wide selection of healthier menu items. The staff was helpful and friendly, there was plenty of seating available on a Friday evening. I hope this place continues to have success. I love the gluten free and vegetarian menu items - everything is clearly labeled on the menu and the cashier was super helpful with answering my questions.
They have many gluten free options, just make sure to let them know if you have celiacs so they can avoid cross contamination. They were very kind about that

Awesome lunch experience. Gluten-free pizza crust was crisp and flavorful. Katy and Zach have excellent customer service and make everyone feel welcome to. We plan to return when in the area.
Best empanadas I have ever had. Hidden jewel . The crust is flaky and crunchy. Family owned and operated. Great people great service. Awesome food. Made fresh. Gluten free too. They also offer a military discount. Love this place.
My favorite coffee shop! The coffee is smooth, balanced and so much better than Starbucks and all the other local coffee shops. The egg & cheese croissant is the best breakfast sandwich on the planet. The service is usually stellar, but like everyone, there are some bad days, but they always make it right. I wish they had regular chocolate chip cookies that HAD dairy & gluten, but I'll live. 🙃

Rachel was our server and gave us a wonderful experience. I had the egg combo and my friend had the Western omelet and added chicken to it. Portions were great and the food was delicious. Upon my inquiry Rachel assured me that they use whole eggs rather than carton eggs for their meals. The coffee was great and she also told me that each pot is freshly ground. I have a gluten intolerance and Rachel made sure cross contamination wouldn’t occur, and gave me options to replace the bread that typically comes with the egg combo. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we could possibly need without having to ask for it. We will definitely return again.
