Delicious! The quality and care given to all the food is excellent. They even make their own mayo for the coleslaw and Mac salad. Great for gluten free options - almost everything on the menu is gf or can be altered. 10/10 will be back to this place next time we visit the area. Vibe of the place is impeccable too 😍
Enjoy a cozy vibe with mouthwatering build-your-own breakfast sandwiches and a stellar coffee selection, tailored to your taste!

Excellent coffee. Excellent staff. They have incredible build your own breakfast sandwiches. I can't eat grains so, while they offer a gluten free option, I still can't eat it. The sandwiches are made to order with fresh eggs, sausage and bacon. So they made an omelette for me instead! Very awesome and delicious.
Expect hearty, ingredient-packed slices from a casual walk-up counter with a laid-back vibe and great value.

I’ve never had a bad pizza here and often they are nicely heaped with ingredients. They don’t skimp.
Atmosphere is a walk up pizza counter. So, is that three stars? Maybe if they added a disco ball and fresh flowers we’d get to 4 stars?
There are some people working there who are challenged to make pizza in a fast and efficient way but they are not the norm.
Good value for the service I think. We love the gluten free options!

Great friendly service, recommend the huli huli chicken or garlic chili shrimp with mac salad. Overlooked downtown gem with tons of food for the price. Celiac and vegan friendly
Known for its unique flavorful crust, this spot delivers a satisfying experience, though it comes at a higher price point.

The gluten-free crust is not flat. It has a nice blend of flavors. For those who are used to making homemade or pre-made store bought crust. They have a after taste, you get used to or just have a thin crust. The crust is costly even if you don't have sauce or cheese. Expect to pay more than $18. The staff did all they could to get my money worth, and I did. I will go to this location again.
So glad we tried Olive Tree! Big flavors, filling plate, and a great option.
Our order:
• Lentil & Avocado Bowl which includes Moroccan lentils, avocado & hummus.
• We added gyro meat and to make it gluten-friendly, dairy free & allergy-friendly we asked for no feta (for dairy-free).
Thanks to Riley and Kate for making our experience a great one! We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely love this place. I am a breakfast food junkie. The omelet was huge. I love the menu options. Hashbrowns or fruit. And the gluten free toast... The Best! I will be back anytime I have to go to Bettendorf for breakfast or lunch.
Eclectic vibes and a unique mix of industrial charm make this spot perfect for a cozy work session or a quick visit while running errands.

I needed a quiet hour or two to sit down and complete a bit of remote work before returning to my place of employment the next day. Milltown is close to my apartment, plus I've enjoyed visiting their cafe in the past. I'm pleased that this last visit was much the same.
The best single word to describe the interior of Milltown is eclectic. There are some industrial/harsher architectural elements to the space, including the solid, unadorned concrete floor, the plain black ceiling area accented only by the minimally present HVAC equipment, and the mix of lighting, which includes incandescent bulbs hanging in the middle of the space from what appears to be a reclaimed wood beam of sorts, simple accent lights above the counter and shelving, but also warmer fixtures angled against the opposite wall from some wood trellising dropped from the ceiling. I include all of this for general descriptive purposes, but also to highlight that I like the general vibe overall.
Upon approaching the counter, I was greeted by one of the baristas and was able to place my order quickly. On this trip I opted for a raspberry green tea and a chocolate chip cookie. I've enjoyed both in the past, and today was no different. The tea is from Adagio Teas, my favorite tea company. The cookie, though gluten free, was very soft and had some rich chocolate within. I can definitely see coming back for both in the future.
I'm definitely coming back here in the future. My mechanic is right across the street, such that I can envision dropping my car off and waiting at Milltown for any needed work to be completed. Thanks for being a great part of Bettendorf, Millstone!
Just had Rico’s for the first time and it was DELICIOUS. The chips and salsa were my favorite. I have a gluten allergy, so they made sure to keep everything separate and gluten free for me. The guy who took my order was SO welcoming and so nice. Will definitely be back!
