We had Kellie and she was the sweetest! I have gluten allergies and she double checked with the kitchen with my questions and very attentive. The chicken enchalada omlette and mexican omlette was the best weve had.

I was in the mood for bbq for dinner yesterday. We went to Rollin Smoke Barbecue as they have a marked menu and all of their bbq and sauces are gluten-free - this is important to me as someone with celiac disease. I've been coming here since the restaurant opened more than a decade ago. OUR ORDER It took quite awhile to put in our order due to a line and only two cashiers. There was also limited seating and we sat outside. My husband and I ordered 1 lb of brisket, the rib plate that comes with 1 side for $36 and added the extra beef rib for $13. It's not a full-sized beef rib. The rib platter is a ½ beef rib, pork spare ribs and pork baby back ribs. We also got 1 drink for $5. We chose the collard greens with brisket pieces as the side. We have enough leftovers for a second meal. The collards were just okay. I'd try a different side next time. We did like the blue Kool-aid that we tried. ARKANSAS BBQ Rollin Smoke Barbecue is Arkansas-style barbecue. I travel extensively and have had good and bad barbecue. This place is considered by locals to be one of the best options in Vegas for American bbq. I like their sliced brisket and spicy bbq sauce option. NEAREST STRIP LOCATION They have a couple locations in town. I visited the original location behind Fashion Show Mall in the industrial area. Overall a good experience! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Kayla checked with the kitchen to make sure my food was gluten free,. The fries & wings are in the same fryer - wings aren't breaded so gluten free. The burgers can be done Lettuce wrapped and are pretty tasty. Would recommend, many gluten free options and the food tastes good! Thank you to everyone who helped and cared for our meals!

server was so distracted and doing too many other things. took forever to get check and I had questions about the menu and the server answered so many other questions except for what I wanted to know. had earpiece in his ear, I'm sure wasn't even listening to what I had to say. had to go back to the kitchen 3 times and then still got my order wrong. if ur gluten free, save urself and go somewhere else if you are actually worried about eating gluten. the menu at this place is so confusing also. I guess the food was good but everything was so chaotic I'd rather just go to another Thai place. also so crowded inside, they should have less tables. I will say the papaya salad was yummy.

ordered a carne asada and a carnitas taco, really delicious, they come with pinto beans and pico on a white corn tortilla (yay gluten sensitives) and I added cheese and guac. Large tacos and stuffed, definitely not street taco size. Favorite was the carnitas just really good slow cooked flavor and fresh tasting food! It was fast without being “fast food” and the drive thru guy was friendly and kind. Would definitely go back.

Decided to give Burnt Offerings a try to cater our small office meeting. They offered several different dishes from vegan to gluten free options, showed up on time, and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone at the meeting seemed to really enjoy what they chose to eat. Juicy burgers, I had originally ordered a burger without the bun ( I have a wheat allergy and Gluten intolerance) and the cashier mentioned they could lettuce wrap my burger! Well, it was delicious! It's so nice to have healthy alternatives. Totally recommend this place. Super friendly and fast.

I have never known that mushroom can taste this amazing in food! The menu is simple and the flavors are fragrant and bold. I’m in love with the green curry noodle and the Marsala mushroom kale salad! For desert I had the gluten free Madeline’s fresh out of the oven. I felt like I was at my favorite French aunt’s cottage. It’s really a one of a kind experience. This is a great food addition to the arts district area and I’ll definitely be back!

Most of the food was over salted, and a bit pricy. The CatFish was AMAZING and Gluten Free. I loved the Secret Menu. But that too was heavily salted Amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
