Nicolinos is the only Italian restaurant in Amsterdam and the Albany Saratoga region that I can get Gluten free chicken sorrentino and other Gluten free dishes made w gluten free bread crumbs. I can not tell their GF dishes are Gluten free! They taste like the real deal! I just wish they would make GF bread too since they have the best baked bread! We ate lunch there today and Amanda our server was so friendly, accommodating and efficient! It was the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time!

They have HOMEMADE GLUTEN FREE pasta!!! I had the seafood medley with their gluten free pasta and OMG it was the best dish I’ve ever had!!! Such a unique and creative dish! I cannot wait to go back!! Their service was very quick and the staff was very friendly!!
