FULLY GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT 🤩 We’ve been frequenting BIBIBOP in Cary since it has opened. Most all gluten free people know gluten free Asian foods are few and far between. This place is DELICIOUS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I describe it like an Asian chipotle in set-up. You go through line and build a bowl. VERY FRESH and clean ingredients. Tasty teas and lemonades. Yummy free miso soup.
Friendly staff and clean space.

Wife is gluten free and most of the menu is GF. You would never know it. It tastes better than any other Mexican food we have ever had. Birria tacos, cornbread, carne asada tacos, enchiladas, EVERYTHING was top notch. We were in town for one night and ate here twice!
Experience an inviting atmosphere with beautiful decor and a menu that keeps everyone happy, making it a top dining choice in town.

Great food and service beyond the call of duty! I called to check out gluten free options and spoke with Chris, the GM and chef,. When I told him my wife's favority was eggplant parm he took some eggplant out of the fridge and ensured that we had a custom made gluten free eggplant parm when we arrived and ordered, Food was terrific, prices reasonable and service stellar

We love this place! The food is great with friendly and competent service. The reason we originally started coming here was because of the gluten-free pizza options. My husband is gluten and dairy free; not only is the pizza crust one of the best, but they also offer vegan cheese! He can get a complete pizza.
Known for its inviting ambiance and diverse dessert selection, this spot impresses with unique treats, seasonal flavors, and cozy vibes perfect for any occasion.

First time here and we loved it. We came for breakfast ..the food was delicious, very friendly staff and fresh squeezed orange juice that was amazing. For the gluten sensitive like me, the GF waffle was actually better than about any other regular waffle I've ever had! We have a new favorite place while we're in town visiting! 🤘

I’ve been a regular at Kababish for years, and just getting around to posting a review.
Their food is delicious - fresh and full of flavor… consistently. The staff, many of whom are family, are friendly and attentive.
I have celiac, so I cannot eat gluten. They are aware of gluten free needs; most items are naturally gluten-free, and they can easily modify many dishes to accommodate many dietary requirements.
This gem tucked in downtown Cary is my favorite in Cary - because of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. It’s my go-to for my birthday, and Mother’s Day as well!
My favorite dishes are butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, kabobs, and lahora bhindi (okra). And of course the mango lassi!
A memorable spot for special occasions, featuring personalized touches, a stylish atmosphere, and a commitment to accommodating diverse needs.

I love to go here with friends for coffee and pastry. My favorite is the chocolate walnut cookie. It's a huge amount of walnuts held together with chewy, tasty chocolate cookie. It doesn't matter to me but it is gluten-free. Several of the items change seasonally. I have had excellent mini coffeecakes, scones and muffins in various flavors. Their plain croissants are my favorite in town. I often get a sandwich (usually on a croissant!) or salad to go for later. The quiche flavors change as well. Today was my first quiche from here. Not only was it a huge piece but the eggy part was so fluffy, the crust was flaky and the chunks of ham were a nice size. I'll be getting quiche again!! The only downside is the place is popular so parking and getting a table can be difficult at certain times. They do have outdoor seating so when the weather is good, tables are easier to find.
Experience a cozy vibe with every dish served straight to your table, complemented by a warm family-run atmosphere and impressive accolades.

Our family is a big fan of Indian food, and had hoped to pay a visit to Cilantro for a while now. Dinner was so delicious! Gluten free diners know what a challenge it can be dining out, and I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive GF options. Loved the saag paneer I had, and my family enjoyed their dishes as well. The staff and manager/owner were so kind and helpful, and the ambiance is lovely. Thanks, Cilantro! Hope to return soon. :)

I had been wanting to try SAAP since they opened. Yesterday, I selected SAAP for my birthday dinner, and it was a delight. Our service from waitress Noel(le?), was excellent - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
I started with Sunmer Rolls with shrimp and they were serves super chilled and so fresh and crisp. For my meal, I selected the green curry with seafood. It was excellent. Packed with very fresh and crisp vegetables and tasty seafood. The side of chili oil to adjust the spice level was perfect. I tried 2 cocktails from their list and both were tasty and well-balanced. The location right next to Cary Downtown Park is great for a pretty or post dinner stroll. Lots of gluten-free options marked on the menu.
Dining room is relatively small, so I suggest reservations. However, you may also eat at the bar with first come availability.
Check out this new gem in Cary!
We visited Raleigh/Cary from out of town - we eat healthy and my wife is on a gluten/dairy-free diet. My wife did a quick Google search for restaurants in the Cary area. After looking at the menu online, we easily decided to give it a try. As we entered the restaurant, we grabbed a menu and were looking - one of the owners (Charles) approached us and took several minutes explaining the menu and options to us - nicest guy in the world. My wife ordered a salad and, due to her various dietary restrictions, asked for several modifications to the salad - they did everything for her. The food was fantastic - health and delicious, and a great value. Would love one of these in our hometown!
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with outstanding drinks, helpful staff ready to assist with unique dietary needs, and plenty of menu options to explore.

For my Gluten Free friends! I have a sensitivity, not an allergy, but have never had an issue. Certain bowls are gf with rice noodle sub. All are delicious! Adding a marked menu, though if ordering in person they are very helpful with regard to allergies.
One of my very favorite restaurants! We’ve been regulars here for years and generally order pretty much the same thing every time. When we found that I have food allergies to both wheat and corn, they went completely out of their way to help me find things on the menu that will work for me, and even had gluten free soy sauce!!!! 😄. More than just good food—good people.
Prepare for a pizza experience that feels like a culinary love affair, complete with craft cocktails and a lively, diverse crowd!

If pizza were a superhero, V Pizza would be its cape-wearing, cheese-slinging alter ego. I mean, I walked in thinking I was just grabbing a slice, but I left with a full-blown love affair with this place!
First off, let’s talk about the pizza. If I could marry a pizza, it would be a V Pizza. They are all so fresh and flavorful, I half expect the pizza to serenade me at the table. The crust? A glorious masterpiece—crispy yet chewy, like a warm hug for your taste buds. And for my gluten-free friends, fear not! V Pizza has gluten-free options that are so good, you might start questioning your life choices. “Gluten who?” you’ll find yourself exclaiming with a mouthful of deliciousness.
Now let’s get to the drinks. Craft cocktails and craft brews that are brewed “in-house” at their sister restaurant, Flour & Barrel. I tried a craft beer that paired with my pizza like it was a match made in culinary heaven. I’m pretty sure the bartender is part wizard because he conjured up a drink that had me feeling like I was sitting on a cloud made of mozzarella. You can order at your table, the V Pizza bar, or head into the adjoining “Side Door” cocktail lounge.
One of the best parts about the Side Door is the vibe. It attracts a wonderfully diverse crowd, from pizza lovers to cocktail enthusiasts, and there’s always a buzz of laughter and conversation. You might even find yourself making new friends at the bar—after all, who can resist bonding over a shared love of pizza and cocktails?
The staff? Let’s just say they are as friendly as a golden retriever with a tennis ball. They practically rolled out the red carpet for me. I felt like royalty as they took my order, and I half expected them to present my pizza on a velvet pillow.
In conclusion, if you haven’t been to V Pizza yet, what are you doing with your life? Stop reading this review and go experience the pizza love affair you’ve been missing! Your taste buds will throw a parade in your honor 🍕🥳

I dined at Wasabi primarily for the extensive variety on their menu. Accompanied by a friend who was new to sushi but eager to explore new flavors, our experience was delightful. While my companion opted for hibachi, I was thrilled by the wide selection of sushi rolls available.
Our server, whose name eludes me at the moment, was exceptionally pleasant and well-versed in the menu. She effortlessly recommended dishes based on my seafood preferences, enhancing our dining experience.
Edamame (Gluten Free) $6
Lightly salted steamed soybeans
Fried Rice (Gluten Free)
Jasmine rice, egg, onions, scallions
Yellowtail* $8
Flaming Salmon* $15
I/O, spicy kani, avocado, cream cheese, tempura flakes, masago, scallions topped with seared salmon, spicy mayo, eel sauce
We opted for water as our beverage choice and unfortunately, I did not have the chance to explore the restaurant's restroom. The ambiance was lively, with a motorcycle gathering adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Seated by the window, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Wasabi and am grateful for the opportunity to revisit this exceptional dining establishment.

I’ve heard great reviews about SugarKoi and Asian inspired ice cream shop and my curiosity led me on a road trip to their location today. It’s tucked away in the Big Lots plaza in Cary, NC. Definitely a hidden gem! Such an adorable place with lot’s of yummy flavors to choose from such as Salty Caramel Truffle, Raspberry sorbet, Ube(Sweet purple yam), brown butter bourbon truffle, matcha tea and plenty more to choose from! The gentleman who waited on me and offered me samples was so kind and friendly, great hospitality and service.
I had to try the Ube flavor and it was quite good and refreshing. They even had Gluten Free cones! Yum!

If you have allergies or dietary restrictions be wary. The staff is friendly and service is quick, but what they tell you about their gluten-free offerings and cross-contamination efforts do not match the reality I experienced. I've gotten sick both times I tried eating here. The second and last time, I ate here I had regular noodles mixed in with my gluten-free ones. I suspect they cooked them in the same water both times and the second time there were some leftovers in the strainer or water that made it in with my gluten-free ones. If you have Celiacs I would not eat here. Other locations might be better with allergies and dietary restrictions but this one sadly is not. Otherwise my experience was great and I would recommend to those without allergies or dietary restrictions.

One of my favorite joints for dinner. This chain of restaurants is spread across the country, although my first experience was when I visited Texas. Now, I’m more or less a regular at this joint in Cary. The portion size is pretty huge and we find it almost difficult to reach the dessert menu if we go for the typical brewed beer+appetizer+entree.
They have an excellent selection of brewed beer, I prefer the Weiss beer which is subtle and refreshing. Wings are very popular with their oversized celery sticks(big fan). I would encourage you to try everything on their menu from sandwiches, burgers to salads. They also have a solid list of vegan and gluten free dishes.
In the desserts, Pizookie is a must try!
Check out their offers during happy hours and enjoy your favorite game with a tall glass of chilled brewed beer!!

I went to SoHot for my birthday and it was so much fun! It was our first time doing hotpot so Sandy, our server, made sure we knew what to do. She was so sweet and helpful! The food was delicious and they had lots of gluten free options- the rice cake desserts were a favorite even for the people who weren't eating gluten free. My husband mentioned he wasn't a fan of the marinated meat, but he was too full by the end to try the other marinated meat options, so it may have just been his preference. I highly recommend for a first time hotpot experience!
