What an absolute gem this place is. I’m in town for a few days and haven’t been thrilled with the food options around. I called in to order and was pleasantly surprised by how many gluten free options they offered. I picked up an order of Putanesca pasta and an order of bruschetta. Both were fantastic and I am thrilled that they also have a quality gluten free bread option. 5/5 stars all day and will most likely return for lunch tomorrow. If you have a gluten allergy and are searching for Italian cuisine, this is THE place. Thank you!

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun because I have a gluten allergy and ordered the maximum amount of lettuce so I could wrap the filet in, but only received 1 piece of lettuce. So disappointing.

Let me first say, I have a gluten allergy and dining out can be very stressful. Our server took my allergy very seriously. I ordered the ribeye sandwich on a gluten free bun and it was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! I live in Ohio and would drive back at any given moment to eat that delicious sandwich again! Their gluten free buns are the best. They are very pliable with no crumbling and the flavor combinations on the ribeye sandwich were delightful! The ribeye was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this spot for a delicious meal! Kudos to the kitchen and to the front of the house for a very memorable experience.

Food was great. They did not have a gluten free menu, but they has gluten free options (even bread). And they were super accommodating. The place is a bit small but the food and service makes you not even notice.

We have been here a few times and the food has been consistently good. We have some family members who are gluten free and another that is vegetarian and they are easily able to find something on the menu they enjoy, which we appreciate. We recently went for lunch and I ordered my 6 year old son the kids ravioli. It was listed as $8.99. It came with three pieces of ravioli. THREE. They were about the size of his palm and had sauce on top, spread out across the plate. Of course he ate it quickly and was still very hungry so I had to order him another plate. Essentially we paid $18 for 6 pieces of ravioli. That was very disappointing. Typically a kids ravioli comes in a small plate covered with ravioli or in a full bowl. I wish we had ordered him the adult version to begin with.

Ordered delivery through their app since they’re one of the few places that offer gluten free buns. From the time of placing my order to receiving my order it took 86 minutes (I was told 50 minutes on their website).
Once our food arrived we realized that our gluten free buns had been left out and we had instead been sent a burger with no bun at all.
When I called in I spoke to a female who told me they were out of gluten free buns, I asked why no one reached out to give us the chance to cancel our order and was told that they should have. She then asked me how I wanted it fixed, when I told her I wanted my order canceled (I’m not going to eat in front of my kids when they don’t have their meal) so we could go somewhere else. She effectively told me that the customers they had in their building were more important and I could call back later when they had time to deal with me.
Horrible service, I spent the same money that people in the store spent but was incredibly disrespected. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere as you will have to wait over an hour to find out if they just made the decision to change your order because they won’t call you to check. And then if you try to get it fixed, they’ll tell you they don’t care. Highly dissatisfied!
Edit:
After the response and actions taken by the owners, I am changing this to a 3 star review. I still can’t get my time back but I appreciate when companies do the right thing to fix mistakes and that should not be ignored.

Last night was the 1st time trying the new Statesville resturant and we had an underwhelming experience after looking forward to Statesville finally getting a new resturant. My wife has allergies to onions and after telling the waiter that, he had to bring the manger over to discuss as that is some type of rule. We ordered an appetizer that never came. As soon as the salad came our food got delivered before we even got any salad out of the bowl. One of the mangers had brought out the allergy dish for my wife and said here is your Gluten Free dish. We said gluten free....it is supposed to be Onion free and she said she wasn't sure about if it was or just was Gluten Free. When we said we literally just got the salad and now the food is here she was very rude and took back the allergy plate. I went and got the first manager that came over originally that took our order and explained the situation and the experience with the other manager and she was like we are so sorry and she would look into the allergy plate that was taken back. We also told her that we just got the salad and the food came with it and no breadsticks had even been brought or our appetizer. She said our appetizer would be paid by them and if we wanted a dessert we could have one for free. Our appetizer never came throughout the whole meal and the manager never came back to check on us or to make sure anything was better. This place has all these trainers and other management helping train and this is the service and training they are providing. I have been to several Olive Gardens over the years and have never had one not bring out and bradsticks, much less not with the salad. A very underwhelming experience. There are 3 current top notch Italian restaurants in Statesville and now this new one comes to our city and this was not a smart business move in how you treat customers knowing you are competing with other very good Italian resturants. Previously when I wanted Olive Garden I would just drive up the road to Hickory and looks like that is what I would do going forward as well. I want to support our city who finally got a new resturant as I grew up here but we shouldn't be treated as if we went to McDonalds
