We had the best burgers from the food truck in Torrey! I'm celiac & they made me a blue cheese burger w/o the bun & they suggested aioli sauce. OMG, seriously the best burger of my life!

This place was so delicious! My daughter with celiac was able to eat there with no problems! And their grilled fish tacos are amazing. My other kids like their bean and cheese burritos, tacos and their chimichanga. My husband likes a taco with a fried pepper in it. Sorry, can’t remember the name of that one.
Expect generous servings and swift service, with many consistently raving about the unique 'El Autentico' taco.

Got a rec to “the yellow taco truck” from the Hamburger truck by Chuckwagon (we were looking for gluten free safe) and and Alma was amazing. Not only is she Celiac conscious, it was the best AlPastor Taco I’ve had in Utah in three years. Awesome spot before / after Capital Reef. Thank you!!!

Very friendly waitress, Tanya, very attentive.
Food was good, but the scenery made the meal.
Cool, homey atmosphere with outdoor seating. We chose inside as we had hiked 6-1/2 miles in the searing sun and 95 degree temperatures.
Chips and Dos Salsas appetizer was delicious. I had the Curry Lentil soup which was amazing. Top Sirloin, little more than medium-rare, with mushrooms, hit the spot.
My wife is dairy- and gluten-free and they were very accommodating.
I recommend Rim Rock Restaurant if you are in Capitol Reef.
