If it were possible, I would give this place negative stars.
I chose the gluten-free bun, but it was served as a steamed bun and tasted like microwaved food. The patty was okay. The Crispy Cauliflower was also disappointing because it was so soggy, not crispy at all.
Considering how close the restaurant is to where I live, I was hoping for a more reasonable burger experience.
A lively spot great for large groups, featuring stellar food and drinks, though it can get loud and service a bit slow.

We held a customer event at the Bellevue Joey's restaurant and bar. The staff were super accommodating to our fluctuating numbers. Over the course of the event we ordered lots of appetizers / shared plates, the food was exceptionally well presented and delicious. AJ, our server was amazing, gracious, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, she went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. As someone who has Celiac's I have to be very careful to ensure I don't have any gluten.
After asking AJ about the dishes, she explained which items had gluten, but then followed that up by double checking with the chef and then throughout the evening as we ordered more items, ensuring that she asked the chef and letting me know if I could or couldn't eat some newly ordered food.
My whole team and customers attending were super impressed with AJ, so wanted to speak to her manager, and compliment her hospitality. Christina Robbins the Assistant General Manager was excellent, and exceptionally happy to receive our positive comments. I must compliment Joey's for their hiring practices, "you sure know how to employ superb hospitality members to your team". It solidified Joey's as one of our main customer entertainment venues. Excellent food and drinks with attentive and exceptional servers, makes for happy customers.
Very good, healthy and flavorful Mexican food. Offering a variety of organic, gluten free, soy free, egg free, dairy free, nut free options. Good guacamole, tortilla soups, burritos and burrito bowl. My favorite is Pollo a al Parrilla, Pollo al Carbon, Pollo Taraxco. I really like chicken, light and healthy dishes.
Also, the location is great in downtown Bellevue, with a big modern patio great for outdoor eating.
During this challenging time, ordering to go is fast and convenient with great customer service. Order your food, pick it up and eat in the comfort of your home!
Expect great sushi here, but be ready for unexpected upcharges that might sour an otherwise classy experience.

Please stop charging extra for fresh Wasabi and Gluten free Soy Sauce. Seriously?! That is Nickel and Dime League. The ONLY Restaurant I have EVER been to that charges extra for Gluten free Soy Sauce. Lol. It doesn’t cost any more than regular Soy. Should I bring some of my own next time? And our Waiter was too embarrassed to tell us about the extra charges. I drop $200 every time we go there, at the least. That extra charge takes the Classy right out of the scenario and alone is enough to by pass Flo for awhile. Never anything close to this happens at ANY of the other Sushi places. SMH. Great Sushi, but really? Lol.
Great vibe with accommodating service, though be ready for noise from other tables—it can get lively!

The staff are wonderful at this restaurant! They are very accommodating and I loved that they have gluten free pasta! The lost star for Atmosphere was not the establishment, it was a very obnoxiously loud other table that ruined the ambience. Other than that I would recommend this restaurant to anyone 😉
