The food was delicious and the portions were huge!!! The atmosphere was hectic even early in the Sonday morning. But I will recommend here for a quick breakfast. Also tons of vegetarian and gluten-free options!!
Lately quality of Arepa has gone down. It's Bad. Like really. It was my go to place bellevue and udistrict. Yesterday we ate Chica and #7 plantain and yucca, arepa combo. Taste was okay. Plantains was a little worse. My husband got diarrhea and I got celiac disease. I am not allergic to gluten. But there was food poisoning. 😕 I didn't take any pictures since I come here every weekend. The Mango lemonade Is not what it used to be.
They usually ask how it was. Wait time was insanely long this time around 30 mins. Usually it's pretty early. That totally okay. But food quality is what I am extremely disappointed with. 🤒
Delicious, though small portioned dishes with quick service make for a tasty experience, but be prepared for a bit of a splurge.

Food was super tasty but the portions were pretty tiny. $24ish for like..6 ravioli. Mind you they were good ravioli, but I dunno if they were worth $4 each...
Service was excellent and the food came out fast. A lot of respect for catering to a gluten free crowd as my girlfriend is allergic and they were very accommodating. They advertise they are NOT a gluten free kitchen so cross contamination might be possible if you're particularly sensitive, but we were just fine.
Would recommend!

Met family here for brunch on Sunday. We put our name on the list at the door and had to wait a bit for a table, but not too long.
Food was very good--classic diner fare very well done. My wife says her omelette was one of the best she's ever had. Our son requires gluten-free and had no issues.
Discover a hidden gem where fresh, allergy-conscious options steal the spotlight, paired with attentive service and great prices.

Stumbled upon them after a nearby restaurant had soy in every menu item. These folks made everything fresh and were careful not to include soy, gluten, and dairy, per our party's allergies. Everything was delicious and the service was kind and attentive. Great price, too.
Expect top-notch quality and standout options like Irish Eggs Benedict and exceptional apple strudel French toast that impresses every time!

Service and food quality are over the top! The fresh squeezed OJ is amazing and the Eggs Benedict is the best, especially Irish Eggs Benedict! Apple strudel French toast was also exceptional. Everything We have tried so far has exceeded expectations. Gluten free toast is available.

Great Thai food on the ave at a great price. Gone here often for pad see ew and Thai iced tea. Definitely one of the better Thai places on the ave. Also cater well to vegetarians, peanut allergy, vegans, gluten free, Jain and more
Definitely recommend if you're new to malatang, or you're seeking a new style of malatang. YGF offers bone broth malatang, which adds a thick base flavor to the spicy element. Food material are fresh, there are bamboo shoots and other veggies that you only find in the authentic Chinese places.
The reason why I gave four stars instead of five is 1, the meat balls are not labeled, I picked the balls and didn't know what I signed up for, although they all turned out great;). 2, my favorite item in malatang is the gluten ball-and it was not cooked properly. This is an amateur mistake that I did not expect from YGF. You poke it and soak it in the broth so it cooks completely, or else it's not chewable ;(
Yang Guofu is still delicious! It feels like I’m eating the kind of bone soup Malatang in China. The ingredients are really fresh. I checked in at 5 o’clock. The Malatang was full of people before it was cooked. The taste is not good. I feel that the bone soup base can be clearer - I have a lot of soup base. The Xuemao gluten was not cooked thoroughly, and I felt that the chef did not pay enough attention to it. The meatballs, fishballs and other hot pot ingredients were not labeled with names, which is too unfriendly to foreign friends 😂 I will still recommend it to friends because of the taste, but there is still room for improvement~
