We love Mali Thai -- it's really the only place besides Corner Store pizza that works for takeout (for us) in Woodland. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and GF options (which are all marked clearly on the menu and that servers can give you more info about). The GF options are even safe for folks with serious gluten allergies -- we have a friend who has to be incredibly careful about exposure to gluten and she was overjoyed to find out she could dine here. She and her husband get takeout or dine in there a few times a month, even though they live about 30 minutes away.
We also love the group of folks who work there, including (but not limited to) Bee, Mindy and Angel.
Expect a cozy vibe and some of the best diner dishes around, with standout options that’ll leave you wanting more.

The food was great! Best diner food I've had in a long time. And I was soooo happy to see that there was gluten free options. The best gluten free french toast I have ever had! Whish I had taken a picture.
Out-of-towners love the extensive drink options, the knowledgeable service, and the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.

Yum! We weren’t sure what to expect coming to this place as out of towners, but we were very impressed. 1) They had gluten free buns! Good ones they toasted! And lots of other gf options including dessert other than ice cream. 2) Our server, Reagan, was so polite and knowledgeable. If she didn’t know she checked and got back to us quickly 3) The drink options were extensive and delicious. 4) Great sound track 5) Quiet and pleasant family atmosphere.
With a nostalgic diner vibe and retro tunes, this spot is a hit for tasty breakfast and massive portions that families adore.

Stopped by Rosie’s as I haven’t been there in years. Brought my Mom as her favorite place closed down recently and she was looking for a new one. Needless to say, we found a new breakfast place for her. The place is just like I’d remembered it from years ago, the staff was amazing and super friendly and the food was perfect. Rosie’s has that old (clean) diner feel to it with 70s/80s country playing, the staff treating you like they’ve known you forever, and food cooked just like you’d expect. We had omelettes and they were great. You could tell they weren’t like other places that skimp and add in pancake batter (yep, some places do that). The omelettes were cooked perfectly and had a great balance of filling (I had a Denver, Mom went with ham and cheese). The hashbrowns were fantastic; crispy but not over done. Mom had a biscuit which she said was good and I had some gluten free toast (I’m not celiac, but the staff even made a point of letting me know they were giving my butter instead of margarine as that has gluten in it; didn’t expect them to go to that level but what a nice touch). Good luck trying to finish off a cup of coffee without getting it refilled; the staff are all over that and make sure you’re never looking at an empty cup. I’ve tried just about every breakfast spot (Rosie’s isn’t just breakfast though) between Longview and Washougal and Rosie’s ranks among the best of them.
Expect flavorful dishes that elevate classic favorites, served with a commitment to quality that makes it stand out from the crowd.

OK so the nachos were above my expections. As well as the con queso dip. Absolutely delish! I don't usually order them because
its something easy we mostly make at home. A range of different kinds because I am allergic to gluten. Most all Mexican restaurants don't season their chicken and always boring. But this place, their chicken is so so flavorful. It really makes a huge huge difference. Thank you for taking the time to go extra miles to make sure that every corner of your recipes are complete. Its more important than you think, even with a simple dish like nachos and con queso. All Restaurant prices went up and most cut corners, but not here. So this place is on my list with only a
few of others.
