I only wish this company acknowledged gluten issues and provided some sort of bread gluten free. Pancakes, English muffin, or a slice of bread would be nice. But they do trade out for hash browns if you need which is nice. My go to, California eggs Benedict over hash browns. (Hash browns, then meat, then egg, topped with hollandaise). The amount is good for the price and the flavor is amazing! We like to come once a month or 2. Great servers, but they seem to always be under staffed.
