The very friendly pastry chef Mr. Max himself welcomed us and we marveled at the beautiful decor, the homemade tiled counter and of course all the delicious delicacies! I couldn't get enough of it and would have loved to try everything! Whether rhubarb meringue, gluten-free almond croissants, cream cheese cakes with fresh berries and dough made from buckwheat flour or the cheesecake with raspberries, all of his delicacies made my mouth water!
The taste explosion of the chocolate praline and the mini raspberry chocolate dough tart as a side dish on our plate came as a free surprise. When asked, Mr. Max described the production process to us with shining eyes, I can only warmly recommend the location! Craftsmanship, passion and good taste! Congratulations on your 2nd café!
