Take-out: 3 errors prior to trying the food, losing one star each:
1) tried to charge us 10% for service, when we didn’t sit down. They quickly corrected and printed a new receipt.
2) Only gave us two sets of chopsticks for an order of three sushi rolls.
3) Asked for gluten free soy sauce and non-gluten free; they provided both, but didn’t label which one was which.
