I love this little lunch spot, and I almost hesitate to make a review because I don't want them to be too busy for me to eat here! Everything is phenomenal, the gluten free opens are amazing and they're very sensitive to celiac needs. The desserts alone are worth a stop! And fantastic price point.

Stopped in for lunch on our way through cochrane. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. There was even a decent sized gluten-free menu with a dessert. We will definitely be back when we pass through again.

This place makes me so happy! All the patties are gluten free, the GF bun is so delicious (I always check if it's GF because it tastes too good), and they have a dedicated fryer. Today I'm having the tater tots! Once you tell them that you are a celiac they take it all seriously. The chef at the back prepares your food in a separate area - but, make sure that you advocate! Anyway...back to eating my delicious burger.

The gluten free pizza crust is great! Wish they made bigger sizes in gluten free though. The prices went up recently and unfortunately it was a big jump.

We had a fantastic meal yet again! It was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. The owner made special gluten free food for us as one of our group members is gluten intolerant. The quality of the food was sooo good. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, the wonton soup absolutely delicious and the spare ribs were crispy yet juicy and hot. Thank you for such a great meal. We will be back very soon!

I had to take my husband to urgent care and i was starving. I thought better to get something other than McDonald’s the easy go to. The food is so flavourful, and the food was freshly made. Used fresh vegetables (not sitting around vegetables). I had the Singapore Cashew Curry box with chicken and they have gluten free options which is awesome and what I have to have!!!

I’m very disappointed in the service we had tonight. We were told it would be 20 minutes to get a table, it was closer to 60 minutes. My wife ordered a gluten free meal which consisted of a steak medium rare, with vegetables. the steak came out sitting on a piece of garlic toast! The waitress took it back and returned with what looked like the same piece is steak which was over cooked. The steak was more like well done than medium rare. My wife ended up not eating at all because the steak was like saw dust and we could not trust that it wasn’t contaminated. Between the time we arrived and the time we left it was over 2 hours. Pretty bad as my wife couldn’t eat. Not great for a Valentine’s Day meal out, that’s for sure. The restaurant did comp one appetizer and the untouched steak meal.

the local review in The Cochrane Post, Cochrane's favourite community paper: rating: ★★★★★ I decided to review this restaurant since I got so many requests to include it in the Reader’s Choice Awards in the community paper, both for Best Pizza and Best Restaurant. I can see why! Easy parking, it’s in the little strip mall just west of River Avenue. When I arrived, it was pretty busy for a Tuesday evening with 4 of the 6 available tables taken and a driver picking up an order for delivery. It’s a small, comfortable spot with most of the tables along the windows. Extensive menu with all the usual Italian favourites – bruschetta to pasta to pinsa (Romana Style pizza with a gluten free option) to risotto, Tiramisu and more. I called my order in mid-afternoon and it was ready on time when I arrived at 5:30 pm. They seated me at a little table by the door as they got it ready and offered me a glass of water. The staff are friendly and made good suggestions for my order. What I liked in particular was the fresh traditional Italian greens with tomatoes and a light balsamic dressing and the Ortolana Pinsa – fresh and light with good quality cheese and an excellent crust that wasn’t too heavy (so you can have more!). The tiramisu – love at first bite. It comes in a little jar and is just right – light and not too sweet. Excellent value, good fresh food and I’m happy to recommend. This business did not know I would be doing a review until after I placed & paid for my order.

These guys are seriously the best! First, I want to thank you for the incredible service every time we eat here - the guys greet you with smiles and a little snack each time, and it's just a super chill & positive atmosphere! You can tell they really enjoy the hard work that they do and really go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome! Now the food.. simply the best. After moving to Cochrane last year, this has been our favourite place to go for a bite to eat any time we don't feel like cooking. So many options to choose from, with plenty of gluten free & dairy free options (even though I get the same thing every time - I'm addicted to the falafel, you guys know this lol) but seriously so freaking good 🔥😊 we picked up some food for our anniversary tonight, this place was super busy, but you guys rocked it as always! I didn't realize the small pizza was only available as a gluten free option when I ordered online. When I picked up the pizza and noticed the staff educated me that the smalls are only avaliable as a gluten free option and offered to remake it. It was very much appreciated.

I can't thank Nilesh (Nick) and his staff enough for the wonderful service and food they provided for our ringette team. We had a lot of very detailed requests that we ordered in advance. Nilesh took the time to call me to clarify some order items, and took great care to separate items, for those with dietary needs (ie Gluten Free). Once I arrived, I was so warmly welcomed and promptly served. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Nilesh and your wonderful team! I will be back and will highly recommended you to others.

This is our very favorite place to eat and/or take out. The very best BBQ duck soup! My favorite! The man and wife team are a hard working friendly couple who will accommodate gluten free options! We have taken others here and the remarks are always the same, “prompt service, excellent delicious food, fresh and always piping hot!” We highly recommend this place! Give it a try!

I have always enjoyed this place. I really love that it is knowledgeable about gluten free and the seriousness behind it. It is a safe place for my partner to get a snack after swimming. The french fries are made fresh to order and are AMAZING. Oh, and I don't need a straw because we don't need anymore plastic in this world.
