Genuinely pleasantly surprised. Despite the crowds, very smooth and well served by a clearly professional team. I eat gluten-free and vegetarian and that combination often limits my menu options to one dish. But here it turned out to be an adapted menu with 3 gluten-free-vegetarian main courses alone. Really very special. In short, this restaurant is highly recommended. Photo of vegetarian gluten-free pickled meat😋.
Brunch here is a vibrant experience with a cozy feel, featuring unique drinks and a great variety of healthy options that everyone will love!

This was quite a cozy, nicely decorated restaurant with a big variety of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. The service was amazing and the food was quite good too. I would recommend the caramel pancakes as well as the scrambled tofu bread as they were quite rich in flavor and the flavor combination came together nicely with each bite. A big plus for me as well is that they’re dog friendly!
Enjoy a cozy vibe with delicious bagels and a great atmosphere, plus plenty of options for dietary preferences, including vegan choices.

Not nice experience. We ordered one gluten free bagel at the counter for one intollerant friend and they brought one regular bagel with the right coffee so our friend eat it. 15 minutes later another waitress came with “the gluten free bagel” and we realized the first supposedly gluten free bagel was with gluten. It wouldnt have been so big an issue if the staff would have apologised but instead the head waitress, at her boss order, asked us to pay for the gluten free bagel if we wanted to keep it (which of course we had already paid).
We Don’t recommend this place.

You order a gluten-free sandwich with salmon. The sandwich was inedible, so terribly tough. I returned it, but I still had to pay for the sandwich. Has to do with my taste. I've been eating gluten-free for years, but this beat everything. The waiter had no rights to arrange anything. So unfortunately, just send an email and he was gone. You're a tourist, so get out. Really terribly bad.
Lively spot with a bustling atmosphere, perfect for enjoying local specialties and a variety of specialty beers while people-watching from the window seat.

The staff was very helpful with choosing a glutenfree and dairy free dish, and consulted kitchen staff to make sure it really is or to make adjustments. They even had glutenfree bread and glutenfree beer. Lovely experience, very nice staff.

Sad intention for a coffee shop. It is showcased as a tasty and organic cafe with a homely atmosphere, but what you get here has nothing to do with that. Tasteless chai where if you ask if it has spices in it, they add more syrup. Bone-dry carrot cake and a cheesecake that contains no cheese, but is actually a cheesecake. Please don't come here, it's not worth your money.
Edit/addition after response from owner:
Before I went to pay, I was approached by a lady to ask if everything was satisfactory. When I was honest with her about the cake being quite dry, I was told that this was because it was gluten and lactose free. Besides the fact that this was not mentioned anywhere, this gave me the feeling that my feedback did not actually matter.
After this I was asked if there were any other things that were not to my liking, and I felt very reluctant to say anything about my experience.
At the cash register I was told it was a cheesecake. Then I don't expect watery vegan cottage cheese that ruins the only bright spot of the cake, resulting in the soggy cake at the bottom.
This quite unprofessional response is also completely in line with the experience we had in the store; that we had to wait half an hour for unmotivated service who brought the disappointing drinks and cake in question.
In short, an unpleasant and disappointing experience in which (even after your experience) you as a dissatisfied customer are not listened to, but you are told that things should be that way and that it is actually your own fault for coming here.

Very tasty every time. Start (with antipasto) at the wine bar. A few doors further the main course. Beautiful (Tuscan) dishes, full of love and passion. Beautiful, fresh ingredients. The price has gone up, but definitely worth it. I know few better Italians in the Netherlands. Delicious food costs money. Gluten-free is also sublimely possible.

We’re from Spain and we came on vacation and saw this restaurant which offers gluten free options. We ordered the cheese hamburguers and the crispy chiken one and they were amazing! If you visit Maastricht you have to come here🫶🏻

Great little place for breakfast or lunch. They even have gluten free bread. They were very attentive to my being coeliac, I really appreciated it. Clearly a favourite because there was a queue outside right before opening time! Absolutely recommended! 💯

At Tasty Thai, gluten-free dishes are clearly indicated on the menu. The service also knew exactly what was and was not possible. For example, they immediately warned about the fish being breaded. The curries were really spicy and that's why we wanted an ice cream, but Tasty Thai doesn't serve desserts.

All you can eat concept with a nice atmosphere and attentive staff with a warm attitude. Also, a la carte options available. There are gluten-free options on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable. The location is good. Prices are very low when you think of the quality and the amount you can eat. Weekend prices differ for the all-you-can-eat.
Tucked away in a charming courtyard, this spot offers a serene escape from the city's hustle, perfect for a leisurely meal.

Best mexican food I've had in a very long while. The tostadas were incredible, and the tacos as well. Also, everything is made out of corn-flour only- so great for celiacs!

Sandwich bar with tasty, well-filled sandwiches and super-friendly staff. It was no problem for them to preventively clean the oven and bake a gluten-free bun, so that we could enjoy a delicious lunch with the whole family. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

We had dinner here on our first night in Maastricht. It was a charming, cosy and inviting restaurant. The young waiter greeted us warmly in from the rain. I am coeliac and vegetarian and they had gluten free pizza available for me. They also modified one of the starters to make it gluten free for me. All the dishes were delicious and the waiters were very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back for dinner again tonight!
**Edited to add that we came back for dinner/lunch several times during our stay in Maastricht. The guys here were so welcoming and lovely each time and the food was more delicious with each visit. We will definitely come back next time we are in Maastricht. Thank you!

Good place to eat for people with "Celiac Disease" Gluten Intolerance. Always call in advance so they can prepare.
The chef and staff were well informed. And despite the small kitchen, everything was taken into account as best as possible.
The cheerful wait staff took their time with us and we were served politely with a smile and a joke. ;D

I often pass by this restaurant and have had Celiac disease for some time, but I didn't know that they deal with it so well here. Lots of gluten free options and very tasty. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service!

Unfortunately I felt sick after the gluten-free bagel with salmon. Generally the food looks like picture worthy food, but it tastes quite bland and not fresh and my salat on the bagel wasn’t washed because it still had dirt on it.
Experience exceptional attention to detail with dedicated service and a thoughtful approach that sets this spot apart from the rest.

Contact has now been made and we will soon be doing the resit. It was indicated that it was certainly not the way they wanted it to be. So here's to another time! Hopefully it will be just as nice as always!

We have enjoyed eating here before, but last night was a disappointing experience. First of all, things went wrong with the bread and the allergies that were passed on. But hey, that can happen. Just indicate yourself and then it will be arranged. Gluten free bread was served but was toasted black. We then had to wait more than an hour for the first course (between the appetizer and the first course). First course was Zander with pumpkin. Taste was good but the sauce was way too cold. Felt straight from the fridge. Shame. The rest of all courses (5 in total) were delicious. The sweetbreads were especially tasty. The pace was really too slow for all courses. We sat at the table at 7:20 PM and we got our dessert at 10:30 PM. The service was far below the desired level all evening. From having to ask several times for extra table water that was always forgotten to asking for extra wine that was also forgotten. The waiter himself said: oh dear, this is a table where everything goes wrong tonight. Then I was asked if they could add a little more wine so that I had the same amount in my glass as my table companion and to top it all off, that was also forgotten. In short, a really disappointing experience for €201.50 for two people. Previous experience here and the reviews meant that we went there with great pleasure and anticipation, but went home disappointed. We skipped the coffee and limoncello.
Dont order the mushrooms as side, they are cold and taste like straight out of a can. The potato as a side was also just not worth it. Main dish is good.
The worst part was that we asked twice to check that we got a gluten free sauce and we were given one with it. Very irresponsible from their part.
