They donât have a separate gluten free menu but almost everything can be made gluten free except from 2 or 3 dishes. They do have gluten in the kitchen so cross contamination is a possibility even if they take every precaution. Had the avocado on toast with poached egg for breakfast and a coconut flat white. The avocado on toast came with GF brioche bread which was very nice. The dish itself was nicely prepared with some lovely flavours. Iâm a bit of a coffee snob and found the flat white was quite average. If I lived in Manchester I would definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu.
This casual spot offers a great ambiance for a relaxed experience with friendly staff and lovely decor. It's well-suited for those seeking gluten-free options, including a noted gluten-free breakfast that many find worth the wait.

I love this place. I am a regular here, whether itâs just to get a takeaway drink or sit in and get some work done over a great brunch. They have gluten free and vegan options and the quality and quantity is great. My favourite is always the soups which are always changing. And usually their drinks are always great.
However I got an iced matcha with oat milk today and was VERY disappointed. There was practically no matcha. The drink was very light green and very milky. Just semi-matcha flavoured milk. This is the one drink I wouldnât recommend or get again. It was ÂŁ4.90 and just not worth it. Very bland and no flavour. Left me quite upset and let down as I do like this spot so much and am always purchasing from them.
I then went in about 2 weeks later to sit in and ordered another iced matcha and what I got was shocking. The drink was TINY and gone in about 2 sips, mind you half of the drink was just ice. So disappointing and just a rip off. (I have shown a picture of the drink next to my index finger for reference of how small the glass of matcha I was served really was.)
I understand matcha is expensive but if you canât serve quality drinks or offer the option of to add extra matcha powder then donât serve the drink period.

The place is and will always be amazing!! Budget friendly food and the best cocktails. We went for dinner and genuinely had a great time!! The food is finger liking good, and the best part is they got a gluten-free menu and vegan menu catering to our needs. The cocktails were simply amazing xx. The waiting staff were great, too. A bit loud with the music, but apart from that, it's really good. Definitely recommend.

The tastiest food and a really lovely vibe. Generous portions, too! My gluten free diet due to Coeliac disease, catered for beautifully. In Manchester? Pay these guys a visit. Once youâve tasted the food, youâll thank me! Youâre welcomeâŚ
I have celiac disease and I always feel 100% comfortable eating here. They clearly outline which items on the menu are gluten free and let you know that these will be prepared separately but like most places notify you that they can not 100% guarantee zero cross contamination but they make every effort and Iâve never had an issue. They even have sauces and these are poured direct from the bottle so not contaminated! The food is also amazing! Very knowledgeable!

Service extremely slow - non existent interaction with staff, we just walked in and found a table after waiting a few minutes. Wasn't that busy when we visited, ordered at the bar instead of downloading an app.
Very disappointing portion size for the price, food was also not that hot. Tasted ok but wouldn't rush back.
The booths with individual TVs were a nice touch to be able to see the TV if you wish. Music very loud so not the best for small babies/children.
Very detailed menus - separate ones for gluten free and vegan. Great choice but not well presented.

Wow! This is a fantastic find! Menu is completely vegan and non-alcoholic. Gluten free options are clearly labelled. This place even satisfied my teenager who is not vegan. Tasty, delicious and satiating. The deserts are also delicious. The strong hot chocolate with rude health coconut milk was divine.5 stars is appropriate đ They do dine in or take away.

Two terrible experiences trying to visit this spot on our Manchester new years holiday. Yesterday we (a couple) arrived and upon entering the ginger host guy said the kitchen was closed (at an arbitrary 1:20pm) - New Yearâs Day fair enough. We decided to give it another try today - arrived at 11:35am, The blonde host girl was seating two sets of other guests then gets to us and says thereâs a 20-30 minute waitâŚok fine..weâll waitâŚalthough she didnât take our name, and just told us to wait outsideâŚin -1c weather. (Shouldâve taken the hint and just left, but I really wanted to see if the food is as good as some of these reviews claim) so we waited. In the proceeding 5 minutes of standing outside, I watched her literally clean an empty table and then come back to seat us. Finally seated, we proceed to order (the mushroom French toast) which she then claimed canât be made dairy free. Despite their menu having a note at the bottom stating âAll dishes are prepared fresh, made to order, and can be made dairy free, gluten free, or vegan)â. Three strikes at this point and we decide to leave. Terrible service man, I would not recommend this place. Instead go down the street to Ezra & Gil, that spot has far better service.
