I arrived late in the evening (after a long journey up the M1 .. ) for a solo dinner and the warm, friendly welcome made me feel immediately at ease. I ordered a frites steak and glass of prosecco (which I chose from their extensive gluten free menu). I felt very well looked after and enjoyed the 80s music (being a gen x 😀) and candle lit ambience. The food was great and I will definitely recommend Claro Lounge to the other guests at the Renewal conference I'm at this weekend. Thank you guys for taking care of me this evening.

Sad that we had to remind them of the chips we ordered which came after we were halfway through our main. Coffee good. Wasn't clear about gluten free options. Looks a good menu though

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place! Best pizza I've had in the UK. Reminded me of some of the best from when I lived in Italy! I had the excellent Valentino's Pizza and it was fantastic. Wonderful, super thin base, really flavoursome tomato sauce and quality toppings! However, I think it was my wife's meal that stole the show. A lot of places these days offer gluten free pizzas but their bases are often shop bought and feel like an afterthought, not so here. Really great quality, delicious base that you wouldn't know was gluten free. She had the Isolana pizza which was a serious, grown up affair. Rich, deep and savoury putanesca style sauce with delicious big salty anchovies. It was so, so amazing!
The staff were super friendly and attentive, even turned on the radiator for us because we were a bit chilly.
Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was great. It easy to see why this place is so popular!
Expect a warm atmosphere with top-notch dishes and fantastic service that makes every visit enjoyable.

Lovely place. We were in a group of six, one of us needs gluten free. All catered for with a range of interesting dishes of various sizes. Staff all friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to return when in the area.
