We came for our daughter’s 8th birthday. The service and food were incredible, particularly because she has Coeliac disease. Kieron and Marg were so amazing! They are truly a credit to your organisation. Thank you so much!

We went after a funeral of my best friends mother. It is supposed to be celiac safe. There was no special menu but the manager waived an allergy book at me but didn't let me check it. I was assured that the BBQ chicken pizza was "Fine and celiacs have this all the time" I was very sick for the next 2 days and in horrendous pain I have come to do d out that the BBQ sauce is NOT gluten free and the website confirms this. This woman poisoned me. Do not eat here if you have Celiac!
I was very impressed with the service that our waitress, Hanna, provided last Friday. My group had a wide variety of dietary requirements and allergies and Hanna took great care to ensure that all chosen meals were suitable for us. The menu offers a range of dishes suitable for gluten-free and dairy-free diets.
It would be nice to have a selection of lighter meals available for the lunchtime menu.
Chatted with them if they were able to take gluten free patrons who have allergies. In the chat they said they could accommodate me, but when I arrived the manager said that they would have cross contamination between their gluten free and regular fryer. At least the manager knew enough to warn me and help keep me safe, but I wouldn’t have made the trip if I knew that cross contamination was a possibility.
First and last visit here. Lovely decor and really liked the spaciousness of this restaurant. Friendly and attentive customer service. Cater for vegans and gluten-free diets. But food was a real let down. The bok choy starter was amazing but the vegetarian Singapore fried noodles and beancurd in ginger and spring onion were both disappointing. The beancurd was hard and chewy and the sauce didn't taste great and the dish was bland. At one point with the noodles it tasted like there had been some contamination with some non-veg food. Had been wanting to try this place, so I'm glad I did but wouldn't go back. Impressive that they do Thai dishes as well though.
We had a really magical experience today(15/12/2024)at Miller and Carter Ruislip. We don’t go to Miller and Carter that often so it is a nice place for an occasional special treat. It has been one of the best and most memorable meals of 2024 I’ve had out.
Service:
We were served by a very polite member of staff named Nadine. She really made an effort and looked after my Gluten allergy well. She even checked with the Kitchen to see if my Chocolate Shard was Gluten Free. The time to receive the food is not the quickest so this isn’t the best option if you are in a rush but is perfect for a Family or Friend gathering or a meal to compliment a walk at the Lido.
Gluten free menu:
A huge range,in-fact it pleasantly surprised me how huge the menu was. Miller and Carter have made a vast improvement to it over the years.
Food:
First class! We could not fault the food that was served to us today,everything I had was absolutely fantastic! It isn’t the cheapest option to eat at but this is for more special occasions and much cheaper than Brown’s up the road. For starters,I had the Baked Cheddar Mushrooms which were delicious and the bread was nice and warm too. For mains,I had the Ultimate Rack of BBQ Ribs which were extremely delicious,tender,succulent,a lovely texture and that tiny bit smoky to add to the taste. These are definitely the best Ribs I have had in London. Also,the portion for the Ribs is massive too,I got 9 Ribs. The Chips were tasty and the Slaw was tasty and fresh. For Dessert I had the Strawberry and Vanilla Bean Ice cream with the Coconut Sorbet and the Dark Chocolate and Gold Chocolate Shard which was delicious and a beautiful way to round off the meal. I had a nice Lemonade too.
Atmosphere:
Very nice,nice music,three beautiful Christmas Trees.
