I found this restaurant on the ‘find me GF app’ and wow, the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. We were served by a lovely blonde lady who was so lovely and really reassuring asking if I was coeliac when ordering. I highly recommend the West House & look forward to returning in the future :)

We came in, absolutely starving and struggling to find anywhere gluten free as we are new to the city. The staff were amazing, lovely and friendly, and really knowledgeable on coeliac disease. Pretty much the whole menu is or can be made gluten free. The food tasted gorgeous.

Local burger fast food restaurants. The best thing is you can have vegan and gluten free burger here as well. Portions are nice and freshly made.

We visited twice during our stay in Dundee and had excellent meals both times. The service was good and it was nice to see the gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. The restaurant is clean with nice decor. Really enjoyed the Thai green curry. If you want to try it, the lunch menu is fantastic value.

I’m Celiac and finding good gluten free food is always hard but this has become my new favourite pizza place. It’s delicious, soft and crunchy, and the individuals size is very generous. The place itself is great as well, the manager helped me order my gluten free pizza on a deal with my non celiac partner, which was so nice of her. The waiting time was not too long either, and although I didn’t sit in the restaurant atmosphere looked good from the waiting area. Hope they expand the gluten free menu to other items too!

Lovely wee cafe run by the church. The soup, sandwich and cake deal was really great value. It’s great that they have so many savoury and sweet gluten free options and it seems the kitchen takes care in keeping everything separate. Unfortunately, one staff member brought my tea out with a gluten biscuit on the side. (To be honest I wasn’t expecting a biscuit and would have been happy enough without as the rest of the food was great value). Another staff member apologised profusely and replaced everything after I asked about it. I don’t want to complain too much as it was a mistake and I’m grateful for any place that offers gluten free and food for coeliacs. Although it might be wise to double check if you’re unsure of anything. I really enjoyed the cake, good texture for gluten free.

Very disappointed in the poor allergen information. Previously had a separate no gluten menu, and easy to follow info. We chose here due to good experiences with this in the past. Now there is only a folder of printed allergen information, which is almost impossible to follow, seems incomplete, and I still didn't get the cheesecake I ordered, as it apparently contained gluten despite it being marked as ok in the folder. I chose banoffee cheesecake -if I had known it would be forest fruit cheesecake I would have gone for ice-cream instead (though it was still good) The staff in Dundee were lovely, were clearly very allergy aware, and I decided to trust them (and no symptoms so far, which means my faith was well placed). Chefs and waiters were great, but clearly hampered by central management not giving them the right menus/ inserts for allergen folder. There is no meaningful allergen information that I can find online. The folder was paper printouts, which seemed to be for multiple menus, but no clear headings to help me find the right one. (Contained a number of different bits for daytime /evening specials/breakfast/kids/Christmas/valentine's, but I couldn't figure out which matched the main menu we were given with prices and descriptions of dishes). Some dishes on menu didn't seem to appear in the allergen folder at all. Others had contradictory info in different places (e.g. double stack burger with gluten free bun was gluten free, but elsewhere double stack burger without bun contained gluten?? 🤔)

Ordered a delivery over the phone and asked about gluten free options, the woman on the phone was so helpful and aware of things like cross contamination which right away put my mind at ease. The food arrived quickly, was hot and the gluten free dishes were clearly marked. We all really enjoyed the food, I do wish my halloumi kebab would have come with some more vegetables (there was only half a tomato, a small piece of onion and a chilli) but other than that everything was amazing! Will definitely order again, also we have eaten at the restaurant a few months ago and had an equally positive experience. Very charming, atmospheric venue & quick, friendly service.

Been a big fan of Más for a couple of years now and decided to try the at home box for Valentine's day. I'm a coeliac as well as pescetarian so something of a difficult customer, Más has always been amazing for gluten free options and this time was no exception! We had fun listening to Mexican tunes while heating up the dishes (it was super easy) and enjoying the espresso martinis as an apéritif. Also I think I am addicted to queso fundido now. Thank u for always being so accommodating and making our evening extra special!!

I recently visited this place for the first time with a group of friends, and we had an amazing experience. It’s a fantastic spot, especially if you’re looking for fun without needing to drink. The selection of games is impressive—almost overwhelming—with something for everyone. The large tables were perfect for our group of seven, allowing us all to sit together comfortably. The coffee is among the best in Dundee, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything to us. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, especially compared to other cafés, which meant we could relax and stay longer without feeling like we were overspending. The menu was a standout feature too, offering gluten-free and vegan options, which meant everyone in our group could find something to enjoy. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone—families, groups of friends, or even solo visitors. I only wish we’d discovered it sooner! We’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to bring my family for a game day or enjoy an evening here with my partner for a fun date that doesn’t involve wine. Places like this are a breath of fresh air and should be opening up all over Scotland. It’s such a wonderful addition to the community, and I honestly can’t praise it enough! 👏👏👏

Popped in for lunch yesterday, it was lovely. My daughter is celiac and was delighted with her burger. One of the best she has tasted. Had problems with the Papa Johns website for selecting gluten free pizza and also it saying they don't deliver to Newport postcode but turns out they do. Phoned up the branch and the staff were really helpful. The pizzas were great and delivered very promptly. Will use again.
