We had a party of 7. Three of us have celiac and I have soy allergies. The manager was so helpful and printed off menus just for us with the categories and food we can eat. The food was amazing and it was nice to know exactly what would be safe for us. Kudos to Long Beach P. F Chang.

Old precooked burgers. Came out too fast to be fresh. Cold fries . Sent them back. Hot ones came out quickly but they charged us 3.50 extra . Second waitress did not realize first order was gluten free. One and done.

I love Outback because they are so careful with gluten-free food for me with celiac disease. They are also consistantly very good at all their locations. When traveling to conferences I look for Outback.
This time someone made a mistake and added bread to my gluten-free meal. They were great and offered to remake the meal or credit me. Unfortunately I had gotten my food to go and had not checked. Thank you for making it good. I will see you at some location soon.

We had an amazing meal here! The food was made fresh and tasted amazing. They have a really delicious gluten free crust. I would definitely go back here!
-I have a serious problem with gluten and unfortunately was served regular pasta noodles by the MANAGER.
-We were charged gratuity with a party of 7 when the menu states gratuity is applied to parties of 8 🙄
-No refills
-Kids never got the drinks that were supposed to come with their kids meals.
-Rude hostess
-Short staffed
-They put a layer of chips on the bottom of the calamari appetizer to make it look like a larger portion...so weird!
I've never eaten there till today... I'm a gluten free eater...I had grilled chicken over veggies and a small drink. It was EXCELLENT!!!! The staff was patient and very pleasant towards me. I'll be coming thru again on my "ME" days ❤❤❤❤❤
