I am someone who is gluten, dairy, shellfish free. (I know fun right) Mazzeo’s consistently puts out not just allergen friendly food….but just as delicious as if there were no restriction's. I come here often being a local, and I am treated like royalty every time I visit. There is something to be said about an owner who spends the majority of his time in his own restaurant making sure people are happy! Thank you Tony and staff for another thoughtful and delicious meal!

My daughter and I had lunch here with 2 grand kids and had a great time, the menu carried a variety of several selections for both a vegetarian and a gluten free diet. The children's menu also had great options. The service was Great. Prompt and attentive to our needs. The kids enjoyed the crayons/games provided while we waited. There was no pressure to leave. A fabulous place to eat.

Thrive showcases animal cruelty-free dining in the best way. We are so grateful for their dedication to vegan food, as well as plenty of gluten-free options. It's a must frequent place for everyone. Great experience- limited menu but it is safe

We went here because half of the menu was gluten free but the one meal that was given to the person who was gluten free was full of wheat. She had to go the emergency room and the manger had zero remorse and acted like they did not care at all! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable do not bring your gluten free kids here I beg you!!!

I have been coming to Otto's regularly for almost four years. It's my favorite downtown lunch spot. The staff are wonderful caring people, and have become my friends. Be a decent human being, and it will be the friendliest place you've ever eaten. The food is outstanding. I rotate between a few favorites, but never miss ordering off the specials if they have them. I have a gluten allergy, and they accommodate my restrictions so graciously. Here's the tldr: Don't be an asshole to the wonderful people of Otto's. They're some of the best people I know. I love you all! ❤️

Absolutely my favorite place in the area for healthy lunch options. They'll customize just about anything on the menu for you and all the food has been consistently great. Lots of options as well as vegan/gluten free options. Highly recommend.

We had our parent's anniversary party this past weekend in the downstairs function hall. Not only was the price more than reasonable, what we received for what we paid was outstanding! The food was great. We opted for the antipasto and cheese and crackers for appetizers. We selected the Italian buffet for dinner. We had two guests that needed gluten-free meals and that was not an issue at all. All I had to do was point out what guests they were, and the servers took care of the rest. The service was excellent. We were even able to provide our own music by Bluetooth speakers we brought. The room was very nicely styled as well. I highly recommend Zucchini's for your event needs.

I attended a wedding at the Holiday Inn a couple weeks ago and the food was done by 101. The chef, and I believe owner, John went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten restriction. Not only assuring me that my main course would be gluten free but he went out of his way and made one of the appetizers on gluten free toast just for me so I could enjoy it too. All the food was amazing and delicious, but even more importantly for me was the kindness and care John took in making sure my food was gluten free. Highly recommend, especially if you cannot have gluten. He understands.

I had the gluten free Mac and cheese with bacon, spinach and blue cheese. I think the blue cheese distracted from the whole taste because of the sharpness of the blue cheese. Otherwise I thought they have a really nice gluten free Max and Cheese. If I'm back in the area I'd definitely eat there again.

I’ve been eyeing their gluten free cannolis for a while now, so I came by for Valentine’s Day 2021 to get some with my SO. When I called to ask about them, they were so friendly and genuine and even though I’d planned on getting dessert from them already I was completely sold. When I picked them up the man who answered the door was so welcoming and friendly and really just made the experience. And then, the cannolis?? I’d never seen GF ones before so I was ecstatic already, but let me tell you those were some of the best I’ve ever had. They make the cream in house from an old family recipe and you can tell. It’s so delicious I couldn’t get enough. The shells come directly from Italy and they were scrumptious, just the right amount of crunch and sweetness. Brooklyn’s Best made an already amazing Valentine’s Day perfect!

The food was delicious. Had lots of choices for gluten free. Even said they could modify meals that weren't gf. Weather didn't cooperate but the patio looked very nice. It was a Friday when we went and they had live music which was nice.

Our family sat at the sushi bar and was impressed by the diverse and artistic offerings. The food was excellent, with large portions. We did not expect the level of quality that we enjoyed. Knowledge of our Gluten Free requirements was good.

The food here is always fresh. On a recent visit I had a fresh sandwich with chips. Their soups and dips offer great variety too so I never get bored here. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to all the great food products they sell like pierogis and other Polish groceries. It has an old neighborhood feel, especially with the historic maps and photos decorating the space. I highly recommend this for your next visit to Pittsfield. FYI they also have gluten free options and a salad bar!

Empire Pizza is one of the best pizza places in town. Their pizza is crispy and cheesy. My favorite is BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza. Each pizza is made to perfection. The price is also cheaper than other places. A cheese slice is less than $3. This is a good deal. They also have a gluten free pizza, which is rare around here. I think I will order it next time. The delivery is also super fast and the food is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work!
