Do NOT eat here if you have allergies especially wheat/celiac - staff is obviously not trained on them and does not take much care. We triple confirmed that the broth for the ramen was gluten free when ordering takeout but it smelled like soy sauce when we opened it at home so I called to confirm that the soy sauce was gluten free and it did end up containing wheat. The response I got was “oh we’ve never had anyone had any issues with it so I’m sure it’s fine” - obviously not how allergies work and super dangerous.
Best. Gluten. Free. Pizza.
I’ve struggled to find gluten free pizza in this area that doesn’t taste like cardboard, and not only was this GF pizza amazing, they modified the toppings for me to make them GF (grilled chicken instead of breaded for buffalo chicken) and it was no more than the regular buffalo chicken pizzas. On time delivery, and the garlic knots (though not gluten free) were pretty great too. I have yet to have a single bad experience with this place.
Its something about the acoustics here, every time we go there are other parties that seem so loud we can't hear each other. But it think its strange that is every single time. The food always sounds good but its never quite great. I love that they have gluten free rice-flour chicken picatta, so hard to find.
We ate there at 4:45pm today as a family of four. The restaurant entrance was in the alley and downstairs. When we entered, it was completely empty except for the man who welcomed and waited on us. Ambiance was uncertain. Minimal decorations. You feel like you are in a downstairs room. We were seated right away, and he took the drink order and it came very quickly. We ordered veggie Pad Thai (my wife is gluten-free and vegetarian), an eel sushi roll, a dinner special, and an appetizer sampler. Food came out very quickly - we were surprised, and was hot and delicious. The drinks are super inexpensive, and my wife’s Mai Tai was made well - sour and not overly sweet - just as she likes them. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and would recommend the restaurant.
