I don’t say this lightly: Friedmans’ fish and chips might be the best I’ve ever had. Golden, crisp, and gluten-free without sacrificing a single ounce of flavor. The batter was perfectly light and crunchy, the fish flaky and fresh—like it dove out of the ocean and straight into the fryer with purpose. The fries? Thick-cut, hot, and seasoned just right. The restaurant is fairly small and tight. Our server, Kayleigh, was excellent. The apps of a gluten free pizza and the Italian chopped salad were both very good. Two of the entrees (hangar steak and lamb chops) we're not good. actually, the steak had a foul odor, they removed it from the check. The rest of the entrees were good, but nothing I'd go back for. Disappointing
