Phenomenal! Our party of 8 was served with top-notch service in the back so we could enjoy our food in peace. We have a variety of food preferences from toddler pickiness to gluten free diets, and all of us had a scrumptious meal with no compromises. Had my birthday dinner here tonight and it was wonderful! I have Celiac disease and our server was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The gluten free chicken bites appetizer is so good! I will definitely be back for those! The open faced enchiladas are very fresh, but personally I'd prefer closed, rolled enchiladas smothered in sauce/cheese. Open faced was difficult to eat. Wine selection was really good and they have a great variety of reds and whites from Chile and Argentina. All around, it was a good time and we look forward to coming back and trying something different from the menu!

I am so sad to write a bad review, but feel other Gluten Free friends should be aware! I've eaten their "GF pizza" two times now, and both times immediately when I got home I was violently ill. 99.9% sure I got glutened from Mandolino's twice. Not trying to go a third time to find out 😅 Not to mention, it's an expensive pizza.
A hidden gem with a cozy upstairs dining area, fantastic ambiance, and diverse flavors that make dining a delightful experience.

Everything we got was delicious!! I was surprised when I looked in bc it’s set up like a chipotle, but the quality and flavors seemed on point. I got the shredded beef (not technically gluten free) and the ground chicken both in a corn tortilla (one crunchy, one soft) and they were both amazing. The Turkey was very flavorful and seasoned so well you’d never know it was Turkey! Kind employees and salsa is great too.
New bagel spot with a great location and ample parking, known for its delicious offerings and unique gluten and dairy-free varieties.

We have been to Habibi several times for dinner. The food has been amazing each time. My husband especially loves the seafood grill which has skewers of shrimp, scallops and salmon. I love the mixed grill of steak, chicken, and kafta. The grill plates are great because you can try a few things. The flavors are amazing. They also have a very nice wine list (and we are self-proclaimed wine snobs!). Perry is one of the owners and very helpful with selections. I have a gluten allergy and they easily accommodated my gluten-free needs and can also do dairy and vegan. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly. We have ended up meeting several nice people at the table next to us.

Visited in a group of 14. Sunday brunch with live music was a treat. We were greeted and served by Madison who made excellent recommendations and provided specifics regarding the 2 allergies (gluten and peanut) for our table. The huervos ranchers was fantastic even with the modification for no tortilla strips. Eggs were prepared properly and the diner was provided the option of preparation style as our table ranged from chef recommended sunny side up, others asked for over easy and over medium and all were perfectly cooked. The bun for the turkey sandwich was generous and crispy outside but soft and tender inside. Another guest at our table had the Belgian waffle with berry compote. The waffle portion was generous and cooked with a slight crisp outside with 4 creme dollop. The children in the group were catered to with all modification requests including eggs on a burger, pasta and grilled chicken. It was a great luncheon and I would recommend Flatiron highly, especially with Madison to help diners with allergy modifications required.

Went tonight. Our donut 🍩 was very fresh. Loved the taste. Our coffees ☕️ were excellent. The staff was amazing and quick. The minimalist decor looks great. The music was not too loud. Good ambiance overall. Can’t wait to try other menu items. I love that they have so many plant-based or gluten free options. Will be back for sure. Don’t get turned off by that 1 star review because they ran out of donuts. It’s plenty other menu items that look amazing if they run out.
